They dont do honest work paid them 4k to get some damage repaired which was 1800 more than the dealer quoted which was fine because I thought they would do a good job but then i got the car back with the old broken parts thrown in the trunk a big scratch on the roof from where they tried to use a screw driver to take off the old gasket off and an empty tank of gas driving the car around when I pointed this out the poorly dressed manager goes "can you prove you didn't cause the damage?" Given this guys appearance not surprised there was no ownership taken for the damage however I did have them fix see of the damage that was caused be careful if you decide to do business with these people

Brought car here due to an accident and state farm working directly with them. Staff kept telling me they would call me with updates on certain days and never did. So then I called to get updates instead and each time was told that the person was out of the office and then would tell me the parts were on the way and then someone would call me never heard again and then was told that parts were in disassembly would start that following Monday or tuesdayand someone would call for update. Finally received notification from my car app that someone was in my car that Tuesday with no updates. Week goes by again then was told more damage was found and waiting on insurance. Car was then totaled. I feel like disassembly should’ve happened much sooner so determination of car being fixed or totaled could have been dealt with sooner. Now 6 weeks later im still without a car and waiting on insurance to pay my car off! Poor communication!

Poor experience picking my car up for the free detailing service. Had my car parked over night so they could detail my car first thing Tuesday morning. Picked it up after 3:45pm & instantly asked to speak to the people who inspected after the service. Showed him (did not catch his name) streaks in all windows, floors not vacuumed under mats, seats not cleaned, cup holder & shifter was not touched to be cleaned. He told me he could take my car for 10 minutes & get it corrected. I was unhappy that my car was there all morning and most of the afternoon & him telling me 10 minutes would get the issue corrected. I said no thank you & left.

The folks at Auto Body Xperts are wonderful! My experience with them from the quote to work was very positive. I was treated fairly & with respect. All the employees I spoke with were knowledgeable & very friendly. I found the quote to be reasonable. Mike, who worked with me on the quote, was so nice, I didn’t go anywhere else for a quote. I should mention this was not part of an insurance claim. I paid out of pocket. Auto Body Xperts also scheduled the service on a date that was convenient for me. The work was done the same day, at the price I was quoted. Great overall experience. I highly recommend the team at Auto Body Xperts.

Was in a small accident, in my driveway. Between MI Farmers Bureau, this Zeeland auto body experts and enterprise all had amazing customer service. All 3 were incredibly helpful for getting my bumper fixed and grilled replaced. Autobody experts was able to walk me through the entire insurance and rental arrangements and explained/showed what they needed to fix. Everything they explained to me is exactly what happened. I've never had to use insurance like this and this was the most painless vehicle repair Id ever had. I will definitely return on my own if I ever require their services again, non insurance related or insurance related if needed. They did ask how the price was for this review, but since it was an insurance claim and im not familiar with pricing for this service, I opted not to answer that question.
