Great customer service/communication with every employee I encountered. They also did great a great job on the work they completed. My vehicle was returned to me in a cleaner state than when I dropped it off, but in that they also respected my request to not use cleaning products inside the vehicle due to my allergies. There was a delay for a part coming from the vendor that delayed the completion date, but they kept me informed. Lastly, their coordination with my insurance company was seamless. Would definitely utilize them if repairs are needed in the future.

These guys have the worst attitudes. After having to drive my car around half assembled because they threw parts of my car away on accident. Somehow passed the quality inspection 2 times. They kept my car longer than promise date. I had to bring my car back to them 3 times. And the door still doesn’t shut right but I got so sick of dealing with them I don’t even use that door anymore. They didn’t detail my car before they returned it so I had dirt and oil and dirty mechanic stains all in my car. You can tell they just threw all the parts into the car overnight when they called it a night. Small scratches all over that were not there. All in all I would not take any car there. Only reason I did was State Farm. Am now dealing with another shop and in the process of having them fix there mistakes. And the free car wash’s they give you. Good luck. The girl working the front counter can’t seem to get her dates or times right. Go someplace else. I promise you 🙏
