My wife found this business and took her 2010 Murano in for detailing service. The car was ready when she was told that it would be and it looked like new. The interior, exterior and engine box sparkled! I was so impressed, I took my 2010 F150 in the following week with the same results. Back story... our cars have been outside for over 8 years in an area surrounded by trees. Except for an occasional car wash, they had been totally neglected. Jerry does an amazing job with focus on the customer satisfaction. We plan to use this business annually.

My kids sprayed something on my black Mazda3 and because I didn't remove it immediately, it soaked into the clear coat. Jerry said he could look at it, and on the spot, he agreed to buff it out and rewax the side of the car with the spots. Took an hour. Jerry is super friendly and the price was good. In the span of a few days my car had exploded with mold. Jerry got me in the same day I called and in under a week he identified/fixed numerous water leaks, removed the mold, and detailed the entire car. The attention to detail was great but what I appreciated more was the passion he showed for his work. I will be coming back to Jerry for future detailings as long as he doesn't mind pulling copious amounts of dog hair each time.

When I called Jerry to book an appointment for repairs and a full detail, I told him what I wanted done and that it was a huge project. Jerry went above and beyond in his eye for detail he made sure to stay in communication with me updating me on the progress and contacting me when he came across something that needed to be fixed that wasn't talked over on the original estimate. He explained the car issues with me and what steps he took to fix them. He located,fixed and repaired all the damage from a leaking sun roof that had gotten so bad it was severely damaging the interior. Honest,reasonable pricing for his work I can tell he is extremely passionate about what he does. Jerry was the absolute best! Found mold in my 1998 Toyota 4Runner. The weather strips around the driver door and passenger door were original and failing, he was able to replace those for me. My vehicles flooring was also soaked and saturated down to the underlying material. He was able to replace the vehicles flooring and it looks awesome. He removed the original faux wood grain on the control panels as it was original and in poor condition, and now the vehicle feels like a whole new car inside! Other places were going to try and charge twice of what Jerry was offering for his services. He has 100% earned my business going forward. Thank you Jerry!

My husband and I dropped off one of our 30 year old cars that sits outside and it got waterlogged and started to grow mold through the whole car. Feeling defeated, devastated, and disgusted we thought we had to get rid of the car because it looked like we pulled it out a lake. After some research I came across Auto Detail Plus and decided to reach out to see if Jerry could help us or if we had to indeed get rid of the car. He not only helped us understand his process and services, he was incredibly transparent and clear, impartial, and not pushy at all! 'Could this be too good to be true?!', we thought, but it was give him a try or scrap the car. We dropped the car off to his shop and he did a full investigation into every potential leak inflicting the car and gave us an itemized work order for us to pick through and choose what to do. We got to tailor what we wanted him to fix and he knocked it out! He fixed the leaks we asked him to address and he also remediated the mold entirely and the car is beautiful inside and looks better than it has ever been. There is NO residual smell and is completely dry; you would never know water was in the car! We are completely blown away, he saved our car. If you need someone who is completely transparent, honest, takes pride in their work, and saves the day; Jerry is your man. If we develop any other issues in our other 3 cars, we know who we going to. Thank you Jerry for restoring our car interior and our hope; you're the best!

I can't say enough about my wonderful experience with Auto Detail Plus! From start to finish, Jerry was professional, reassuring, and very knowledgeable. And that's not even including his talent! The one sunny day in Washington and I opened my sunroof, the problem was that I then left for London, UK for 3 weeks. Needless to say when my neighbor discovered the open roof, 2 weeks later, it had rained almost everyday. Enter Jerry McConnell. Jerry is a miracle worker and sorted out my drenched Subaru while I was still away. I returned to collect my car and was in awe of his workmanship and very reasonable pricing. Jerry kept us appraised every step of the way and delivered as promised. He also replaced my cars fuel gas door release lever that had been missing for years! He definitely goes above and beyond. I highly recommend him, don't let his 'off the beaten track' location in Monroe put you off. He is worth the drive. Thank you so much Jerry, I will be back to get the Subaru's exterior detailed.

A few months ago I had my 27 year old F150 repainted and there were a few dust nibs and some orange peel in the new paint. After letting the paint cure for a month or more I decided to see if Jerry could fix the problem and he knocked it out of the park. He color sanded and waxed it and it now looks fabulous. He even got it done quicker than he promised. Jerry is a straight shooter and gets the job done. I would highly recommend him to anyone that asks. He'll treat you right.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! For month's I was living with a terrible odor in my Corvette. The smell made driving it unbearable. Found out I had mice that had taken up residence with all their mess and smells. I finally couldn't take it anymore and went online to find someone with experience in dealing with rodent issues. Fortunately, Auto Detail Plus popped up as an answer. In looking through Jerry's reviews it was obvious he was the one that had experience with resolving my car's issues. Pictures of the huge mouse nest he removed, daily texts about progress and at a very reasonable cost made the experience one I'm happy to 10 stars to. I would highly recommend Jerry to anyone in need of an honest, capable and qualified detailer .

Jerry worked on my 2014 Mustang twice. The first time there was a leak in the trunk area. He checked the whole car and found several leaks in gaskets around the taillights and a few other spots where weatherstripping had failed due to PNW weather and car age. He fixed the leaks and cleaned the moldy carpet with no residual smell or returning moldy spots. Highly recommend for fixing leaks and mold removal. I just took this car in for a complete detail with Auto Detail Plus and it looks amazing! Interior and Exterior looks better than new! Even under the hood is spotless. Jerry is great to work with, very detailed and quick. I would give more stars if I could.

As other reviewers pointed out, Jerry is super thorough. He got out every trace of mold (it had been horribly moldy), plus some old coffee and other stains. It is literally cleaner than when we originally bought our truck (used). And it smells nice! He even did some extra work that wasn't even part of the bid!
