Steve in the service department was great! We had a repair that needed to be done under warranty. Of course there’s always things that need/can be done to a used car when you bring it in and diagnosis has been performed. Steve was clear in what our options were and wasn’t pushy at all. My least favorite thing is a pushy person. Steve is not that guy.

Service desk worker was nice and considerate. My warranty covered repairs but I still had to pay a $50 deductible charge that I didn't anticipate.

As always, the service Betty has provided has made the situation much more manageable for us. I don't like going to the mechanic, but Betty has taken the time to answer our questions and address any concerns we've had about what was happening with our car. Her open and consistent communication, along with her empathy, will make us come back for any future services we need.

I got excellent service at my Kia dealership. Very friendly, attentive to my needs & did a great job on my car. I had given them the wrong fob for starting my car & they spent the next 2 hours trying to get hold of me. When I finally got the correct fob to them, they were now 2 hours behind schedule. They stayed overtime to finish my car, which I really appreciated. They also did a full check of all my car's systems & gave me the results. There were a couple of things that needed to be done and I didn't receive any pressure from them to get them done there. I highly recommend their service!

It took 3 weeks to get an appointment. I alerted them at the time that while the car was running fine, our left turn indicator was not working. They contacted me and asked questions about that, ostensibly so they could be prepared to address this issue. They asked us to come in an hour earlier which we did. They had the car until 5pm and still didn’t repair the one thing we specified needed repair. Someone found the wrong item misfiled so they didn’t have the correct part. The car washer had gone home already so no one even washed or vacuumed the car. They offered to vacuum it after we had checked out and paid but by that time I did not want to spend another minute or dollar there. The service was over $2K plus the 3% credit card fee.

Morgan took charge and sorted out the details! We bought a car under a special warranty and the engine needed to be replaced and Kia of Everett jumped in and had it processed And AND had it replaced in two weeks!!! We bought the car from them and they definitely stood behind the car! I would definitely by another vehicle from them!

Super disappointed and frustrated with our experience today. I took the day off work to have my mirror replaced. It stopped defrosting. Upon arrival I was told the appointment would take about 3 hours. At the 2 hour and 40 minute mark I was notified that they ordered the wrong mirror and couldn’t complete the repair. ABSURD. I waited almost the entire quoted time for the repair. And it wasn’t even done. I’m still in such disbelief. I understand that accidents happen but this feels negligent. Now I have to wait for the correct mirror to arrive and likely miss more work. Such a waste of my time. Plus, the loss of income. Unbelievable!

Betty was helpful from the time I called to when I picked up the car! She has a great attitude for being in a busy setting. The first three services are complimentary and I was able to get an appointment smoothly and quickly. I was even given a complimentary car wash coupon to a local business. Five stars service!!!

I had an excellent experience working with Kendra in the service department at KIA of Everett. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure all my questions were answered. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated to customer satisfaction, and Kendra went above and beyond to make the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I truly felt like I was in good hands thanks to the service team at KIA of Everett and Kendra as my point of contact. If you’re bringing your vehicle in for service, ask for Kendra - she’s fantastic!

The upsell is complicated. I brought my 10 year old van in for two issues. Upon reviewing my vehicle and calling me, they told me of $2400 worth of problems. Here's the thing, my husband ran through all the issues ( this van has been amazing and minimal cost over the years), we believe the fixes needed to happen. The thing was that neither of the actual problems I brought it in for we were addressed. They literally skipped over those things! We had to bring up the problems again, they reviewed one of them; fixing the back up sensor, which apparently can't be done at kia?!??! But has to be done by a body mechanic! Then it took literally FOUR reminders to check my not working headlights! It wasn't until they were ready to complete all of the other things that they listened and checked the freaking lights, that did need repair! Honestly, just broken trust because they simply didn't listen.

I have several Kia service centers much closer to me, but I choose to drive farther to the Everett location because the people here truly make the difference. I’ve had a few issues with my Kia EV, and every single time, the team has taken exceptional care of me. They consistently go above and beyond, and I’ve had great experiences with every service adviser and technician I’ve worked with. The level of care, professionalism, and service here is unmatched—other locations could definitely learn a few things from the Everett team.

The customer service at Kia of Everett is simply amazing. My dear car had some major issues and my service advisor Steve along with the team at Kia made sure that my warranty covered what had happened. They had to keep my car for quite a long time and they provided a loaner car for the entire duration. I had the misfortune of a small rock putting a ding in the loaner car so they swapped it out for another one. And can you believe it? The second car got a ding in the window as well. So they again swapped it out for another one, and they never making me feel bad about it. The team at Kia was kind and very communicative and positive and just simply lovely to work with all along the way. I'm very thankful for each and every one of them.

The quality of the repel shield on my 2025 Kia Sorento was great!! It looked beautiful inside and out when I got it back and it initially covered the light scratch on the side that was there when I bought the car. The next day...the scratch was back. I would have given 5 stars, but there was a communication issue with the service department that was kind of annoying.

After my PHEV stopped charging on Level 1/Level 2 chargers, I took my car in to Kia of Everett where it was diagnosed as needing a new onboard charger. It was replaced same day, under warranty, pretty quickly. After that service, however, the car began to allow itself to drain its battery all the way down to 1% and a critical "Check Hybrid System" alert state. While previously the car would switch over to HEV mode automatically at 15% life remaining to preserve the health of he battery. So now I have to manually switch it back over to HEV mode or it will completely drain the battery. I took the car in, explained the situation and this new behavior. The service I received was baffling. They took a video of the technician pushing the HEV/EV button like I already had explained I knew how to use. They then proceeded to tell me that it was an expected behavior on this car that it had to be manually switched from Electric mode to HEV or it would deplete the battery entirely. Yes, they tried to suggest that Kia did not implement safety features to prevent the car from damaging itself by fully depleting the battery. That it was intentional that the car would drain itself into a critical alert state. That my every day driving experience prior to the OBC replacement was false. So I left. I called Kia Customer Care. And what was I told? That the car should automatically switch over to HEV mode once the battery depletes to around 15% in every driving/charging mode. They confirmed that the car absolutely should not allow itself to deplete the battery into a critical failure state. So I left. On the drive home, the car would not leave Electric mode. Switching to Sport mode, HEV, or Auto and the engine would not engage. Hard pressing the accelerator is supposed to switch on the engine - it did not. The car then threw a P1120 code. Everything is A-ok? Sure. Not only do I expect the dealership service center to be experts on these cars, I also expect them to not try to convince their customers that dangerous driving conditions are expected behavior with this car. I have no idea what's going on because I have received great service in the past, but what a horrible experience this time that has resulted in the car having more problems than if they'd have actually investigated the issue. 09AUG2025 Update: After taking the car to another dealership, they ultimately discovered the problem. The oil change I had performed at Kia of Everett resulted in overfilled oil in excess of 1qt. This caused the ICE to not kick on correctly and ultimately led to the P1120 engine malfunction and the engine failing to kick on at 15% battery remaining. This is something that should have been simple for Kia of Everett to diagnose, but instead they tried to convince me the car was operating as expected. Worse is that they ultimately were the cause for the problems. Now that the overfilled oil has been corrected, the car works as it's supposed to. On Electric, at 15% battery remaining, the ICE turns on to maintain the battery. The car does not deplete the battery to 1% and into an error state. Hopefully some extensive retraining is performed to educate staff on basic functions of their PHEV lineup. Added an image from the report from the better service I received at Rairdon's Kia where the issue was identified and corrected.

The ICCU failed on my 2026 EV9 with 6k miles and was towed to Kia of Everett 7 days before a weekend road trip. The service department amazingly was able to diagnose, confirm warranty coverage, order the part, and install it in 4 business days and get my car back in time time leave for the trip. While I am going to rethink whether I would buy another Kia, I have complete confidence that the service department takes care of their customers. Thank you!

Great customer service. They came to my home got me up and running and followed me back to the dealership. Brought the car in gave me a loaner and got my car fixed up. Very happy with the service. Very kind staff as well. Feel like I picked the right place for sure. I've seen their commercials and feel like they are definitely as advertised.
