Despite me making a mapping error and showing up very late for my appointment, they got me in and processed. It was a minor issue that I was worried they wouldn't be able to recreate, but they did. While a definitive problem wasn't found, they did tighten up the suspension and run thorough checks to ensure the issue wasn't unsafe. And the thing is, everyone there is really nice and friendly. It's just got a good vibe. To me, that's a game changer. I'll go out of my way for places like that.

My vehicle died while on the freeway. Had it towed to Lee Johnson same day. They were able to inspect after the weekend. The damaged parts were covered under an extended warranty and after about 2.5 weeks the car was ready for pick up. Travis was extremely helpful through the process and keeper me updated. Great place for vehicle service. I got an oil change plus tire rotation and both were done quickly. The waiting room was very nice with comfy couch seats and plenty of food and drink(free of charge). I love Everett Hyundai service center. They were quick to get me in, greeted me at the door and we're very friendly. They understood exactly what my concerns were with the car. They were thorough and provided a video of the walk through of my car. Gave me a ride back to work and picked me up so car could be serviced. Everyone was pleasant and had time for me and my questions. I will definitely share how awesome they were. My car was completed and returned in one day.

Brought it in for service and Nikolai was responsive and accommodated my schedule to get me in for an appointment. The service was quick and they also send you a link to track the vehicle’s status online which is a huge benefit! Lee Johnson? Always nice. Kris is a bonus, she knows how to act. Look, Hyundai dealerships are hit or miss. But, Lee Johnson is a "hit," and it's a shame they don't all operate like LJH does. I trust that I'm going to be treated right, which means my car is, too. I'm fortunate that they're my local dealer. There's a lot of horror stories out there...But not from these guys. The place is reconstructed and nice, it's a nice place to wait. The people are professional. They don't try to up-sale me, they're not dishonest, they're not rude. They're just what you need them to be. And they even keep some manual shifting Elantra N's in stock. That's my kind of spot! If you can go here, to Lee Johnson, than do it. They have 4.8 out of 5 stars, or something? It's not a fluke or just me. It's just what it is. You won't have to worry about the "bad" Hyundai's of the world if you go to Lee Johnson. I have been for 3 years! My free oil changes are used up, but I'm still going. I'll pay these guys! They've earned it!

They installed the second Service Bulletin preventing theft. A software engine cut out upgrade & then a steering column / key shroud armor. Took close to a couple of years. Owned this base model Elantra since new 9/2012. Has never needed anything but standard maintenance & TLC. It’s a 2013 with 99431 miles, great economical car.
