Called Ahmad to get a second opinion if we need to replace our catalytic converter for our Pathfinder. Nissan dealer insisted we need to replace our CC immediately. I can’t begin to say how amazing this place is. I pulled in for a consult on my side mirror and when Ahmad realized that it was just popped out of place, he fixed it for me for free! He still had to take it apart, and maneuver the pieces delicately and with skill. Most shops will just say to buy a new mirror but he did not do that!! I will definitely be returning here for any other needs! What amazing service!

I am so grateful for Ahmed and his generosity, kindness, and expertise. I needed a simple bulb replaced in a headlamp. He was able to see me immediately, fixed the issue easily, taught me how to do it myself and suggested LED upgrades as a courtesy but did not force the idea at all! As a woman who likes to do these jobs myself when I can and have the tools, I felt respected and safe. I live in Seattle, but I'll definitely come back to Ahmed when when I need other services. Annnnnd it was incredibly affordable!

Ahmad saved the day when my friend’s Jeep broke down while she was in town. We towed the car to him around 6pm on a Friday, and he had it all fixed up and ready to go by 11am the next morning. It was a pretty big repair, including belt and fan replacement among other things, but the price was extremely reasonable, especially for such a quick turn around. My friend was impressed that he went over everything that had been replaced, showed her the new parts, and gave her some car advice as well when we went to pick it up. It’s a small operation, but Ahmad clearly knows what he’s doing. Apparently he also does body work and glass, so truly a one stop shop.

I called frantically trying to get my brake pads replaced and Ahmed was ready for me within 15 minutes. He is incredibly skilled and fast, and will give you the BEST price around. He had all the parts we needed and was incredibly informative about my car and answered all of my questions, taking the time to show me and demonstrate what he was talking about. I had a car emergency at 4:30 pm on a Friday and found this shop online. I called and Ahmed said to come by, and he was waiting for me outside! He went out and bought the part I needed right then and had my car fixed within an hour. He was very kind, explained everything he was doing, and charged me a very reasonable price, not expensive at all. Ahmed was incredibly kind and quick in his service for my car. I called them in an emergency as my car wasn’t starting, but I had been able to jump start it. He told me to come by with my car, took a look at it and found the battery wire was simply loose. It wasn’t a very easy fix, but he still took the time to check my alternator to make sure it was still doing well and showed me as he checked. I’ll definitely call them again if I have any more issues!

Outstanding customer service and auto repair! I went in because my Mazda with around 250,000 miles was overheating. He jacked it up on the lift and looked under the car. Then he said it could be the thermostat or possibly the water pump. He quoted me prices for both and I have to say they were very reasonable. He did one more test that showed it was actually a blown head gasket. Sadly, even though it was bad news, I knew it was time to get a new car. I offered to pay him twice. He refused. Even after all that work. I will be back in the future(Hopefully for nothing major!) with my new car! I fully trust him and spent the day kicking myself for not finding out about him years ago!
