I called the number and Phil answered. I explained what I was looking for, he did research, called me the next day to let me know he found the mats (gave me good recommendations and at a fair price) then said they would be ready for pick-up the next day. He called my daughter to let her know her mats were ready for pick-up. She said he was very nice and she loves the mats. I told Phil that when we come visit our daughter, we will stop by the store to say Hello! This was the best online/over the phone customer service I have ever received.
