We had an issue with the Marysville Toyota service department and so I called Rodland and they were able to get us in within the hour and had a rental car ready! They didn’t think they’d be able to get to our Tacoma until the next day (completely understandable) but they were able to fix a major issue that same day and did the general service. My husband spoke to Brandon and he was very transparent and honest. He didn’t pressure us to do any unnecessary work. We’ll be using Rodland from here on out for any future service we may need and will be visiting that dealership first when we’re ready for a new Tacoma. We’re very impressed and happy with the service we received.

Used to be a good place with quick service,but now,anything but. We were there two hours getting car serviced and it was done but we waited almost half an hour for them to finish paperwork. Come on all they had to do was push a button on their computer.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 1:30pm. When I arrived, I was told it would be an hour and a half. Although, I already thought that was quite long I didn’t have much of a choice since I travel a decent ways to get there. It ended up taking 3 hours! I asked for an update 2 hours in and received no response from the assigned advisor. They have lost my business. Go somewhere else.

My appointment its 1:15pm i arrived 1 pm 15 mins early. I live in anacortes but i already purchased 5 times deal oil change and i have to used it even i live to far. When i arrived i ask the guy my appointment not until 1:15 it is ok. But the guy respond it will be 3 hours. I ask theme why he said they are busy. I ask him what is they appartment if i have to wait. And he said if i wana reschedule. I told him i live in anacortes and this is my 2 times reschedule. And he ask me when did i make my appointment. Is it matter when did i make my appointment. At this point. Im sorry but this is my 2 purchase of there deal. But after this i wont come back. I know i am just one person say this. But it is ridiculous that you have to wait this long for oil change.dont sale your deal if you guys cant make they appointment

Terrible time management at Rodland. Over 2.5 hours for an appointment based oil change. This is literally the second time in a row that their Oil change took a pathetically long time. Also purchased a package of (5) Oil changes - have 2 left and the Service guy said they expired! WHAT THE HELL RODLAND. I want my prepaid money back.

Everyone is friendly except girl very unfriendly and responds through clenched teeth. She told me as soon as I entered , I have to pay money to change the oil. I felt like she wanted to kick me out of the place. It’s very hard to come again when you feel unwelcome. Very bad experience

Came in for my 2010 highlander and 2023 4runner. Absolutely great and straight forward service from Brandon. Service here is first come first serve. I recommend getting there in the morning before the wait times get long.
