Yev and his team at caliber collision are truly amazing people. After an accident happens there’s truly nothing more stressful than navigating the repair process and getting left to the mercy of insurance companies. After our initial repair estimate our insurance (State Farm) wanted to total out our 2017 Nissan Murano, and after a low ball offer we were going to be in debt and without a vehicle. I called Yev and he never gave up on us, he did everything in his power to confirm the actual repairs needed and after determining our frame was not as damaged as initially diagnosed, he gave us a new estimate that fit around the parameters for a repair. This literally changed our lives, we were preparing for the absolute worst, instead we had our vehicle repairs completed within 2.5 weeks and we were back to living our normal lives. This wasn’t just your average customer service experience, I’m telling you there is no better team on this planet that is prepared to take care of you when you need it most. If your caught up in this situation you need Yev and his team of technicians behind you to ensure the rhythm of you life is restored 💯😆. Yev your my boy give this man a raise!!!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Work – Like It Never Happened! I can’t thank Caliber Collision enough for the incredible job they did on my car. I had a deep, nasty scratch on the back right side after hitting a metal pole — it damaged the door, the frame, and even the area around the gas tank. The damage was bad, especially since it involved an aluminum door, which I know isn’t easy to work with. But when I got my car back, I was completely blown away — it looked like nothing ever happened. The repair was flawless. Their team clearly knows what they’re doing and takes real pride in their work. On top of that, they went above and beyond by fixing my messed-up backup camera, which I didn’t even expect. I’ve already been spreading the word in my West Seattle community about Caliber Collision’s amazing service. My vehicle was towed from Seattle to Caliber Collision in Everett as part of an insurance claim after thieves drilled a hole in my fuel tank to steal gasoline. In addition to replacing the damaged fuel tank, I requested, at my own expense, that the shop also replace the fuel tank straps with new studded ones so I could install a fuel tank skid plate and help prevent future theft or vandalism. Unfortunately, the manager, Cindy, refused to perform the additional work I requested and did not provide a clear explanation. The interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. At the same time, the shop had no issue collecting my $500 deductible and billing my insurance company for the covered repairs. Customer service matters, especially in situations involving theft and insurance claims, which are already stressful. I would have appreciated clear communication and a willingness to work with me on reasonable, customer-paid preventative upgrades. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location. One star for poor customer service

From the moment my insurance set up an appointment for them to check out the damage to pick up after repairs were complete. They utilized all formats of communication; phone, text,email with links to website. The website showed me the progress, estimate and final costs taking the guess work out of the process. I was contacted by phone, checked to see if I had any questions or concerns. Jennifer was wonderful! professional and personable, ensuring my understanding and checking in with me when my car was ready. She even staying a few minutes for me as I was running late in traffic.

I would highly recommend getting any work you need done…. Do it here at this location. The woman at the front desk (can’t remember her name) is very kind and incredibly helpful with getting me an appointment that worked with my schedule. Daniel had terrific communication. He made sure that I always knew how the process was going when work was being done on my car. The turnover was amazing. They were able to get parts quickly and get my car back to me! Alex cleaned the inside of my car, which was a pleasant surprise! The inside looked and smelled like it was a brand new car again. If I ever need any work done in the future, I will definitely be bringing my car back to this shop.
