Had to get car in quickly as it would no longer accelerate, was able to leave my car to be diagnosed and fixed on the weekend. Able to pick up my car on Monday and only had a limited amount of funds for the repair. At checkout Chase was very kind and willing to help and find discounts that could be applied so that I get my car back that day and not have to wait another four days! I’m truly thankful to all of the team for quality and affordable car care! I will always return and have the highest praise! :)

Stephanie was friendly and helpful over the phone when I asked about a battery replacement. Their team even inspected my vehicle while it was in service! They later called to let me know how the inspection went, and my vehicle was ready on time. Checkout was a breeze, and I learned they’re offering tours and partnerships to the local boys and girls club. How awesome! Go Firestone!

After 2½ hours of traveling to get to an appointment it was disheartening to get into the area and discover the auto dealer had not rec'd his promised delivery of my tire. Firestone at Everett not only had my tire in stock, but proceeded to replace the "donut" I had in place, and completed the task over ½ hour earlier than promised. They included a free safety inspection, and actually charged less than the dealership, the local tire store in my town and even another Firestone store who did not have my tire in stock and routed me to Everett. All in all, a great ending to what had been a harrowing day. Thank you Firestone of Everett.

I came to Firestone today for the first time because my back right tire kept losing air. Luis came and filled my tire up with air and noticed I had a screw in it. I explained to him I was heading out to Eastern for Thanksgiving and he was so kind and told me he will patch it for me in no time. We then came inside and Michael I believe his name was.. was very kind and talked so highly of his employee Luis. He had the tire patched within 15 mins. I am so thankful for them! 1000/10 recommend to go here!

Never ever will i come back. Over 3hrs for repairing a screw in tire. Said only 2 tire repairs ahead of you. Over 3 and a half hours later I'm finally able to leave. Also most expensive tire repair ever. Plus i tipped the guy cash upfront. Still took 3.5 hours.

Appointment was easy to book on the app. Chase was friendly and prompt. Chase went over the options for winter tires. I got a great deal on blizzaks and free wipers. Installation was about an hour. Waiting area was clean. I reccomend coming to Everett Firestone before it snows in the lowlands.

Original comment: Easy access, clean shop, and very welcoming and friendly staff. I only take my cars to Fitestone Everett for repairs. Been going there for years now. They have great mechanics who know what they're doing and reps who have amazing customer service skills. They always do a great job on my cars and I appreciate the price quotes for future repairs as well. This is a wonderful shop and I'm grateful for all their help.

I was looking to get my car inspected to see what was wrong and what repairs needed to be done. I called my local Kia dealership and was told they charge $300+ just for an inspection. When I called Firestone, they told me the inspection would only be $11, which I honestly loved. They were very helpful, straightforward, and kind throughout the process. I’ll definitely be coming back to Firestone for my repairs.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Firestone Complete Auto Care. My alternator went out and I brought my car in on a Saturday. They first promised it would be ready by Sunday — that didn’t happen. Then they pushed it to Monday, only to delay again. I finally got my car back on Tuesday. They were apologetic which I understand that things happen which delays the repairing. I paid almost $998 (even after a 15% “delay discount”) for the repair. When I started the car, a bunch of error codes were flashing, and my dashboard displayed “Enter Code.” I immediately went back, only to be told they couldn’t fix it and that I would now need to go to a Honda dealer. If they knew they couldn’t properly complete the job, they should have been upfront from the beginning. Instead, I wasted days, paid almost a thousand dollars,( including additional ~$37 for initial checks,) — except now I still need to go to the dealer to get things fixed correctly. For that kind of money, I could have gone straight to Honda, had the alternator replaced and the codes properly reset. Instead, I was misled, delayed, and handed back a car that still isn’t fully repaired. They should have told me - we can fix this but better go to Dealer as we are NOT complete autocare. Now I have to find an appointment, go to dealer and see what are the things that might went bad. I have to secure a new appointment, take leave from office, and somehow again spend 2 days for this to be fixed along with more money. I would avoid this in the future as felt like I wasted my money, wasted my time, and left with more problems than I came with.

Thanks gentlemen for your excellent service team and prompt and thorough inspection of my tires. I stopped in as a bit of an emergency, had a wonderful experience working with Chase and Mike. They recognized that I was needing their knowledge and experience when the floods effected my compact SUV and triggered a low tire pressure alert on it. They were able to get me back on the road safely and quickly and were very kind and hospitable towards me and my vehicle. I also received a quote for an oil change and will definitely be back as comparatively it was the best quote I've received. They have high quality services at an affordable cost, and great customer care. I can't praise their kindness when I was in a high stress situation following evacuating King County enough! Anytime I'm in the area and need services for my vehicle this will be my first choice going forward. Appreciate your team and attention to detail and truly being able to help me during a difficult time. Please put Chase and Mike up for a raise in the New Year, they were very easy to work with and welcoming.🙏

Came in to get a flat tire fixed and the service was fast and smooth. I had went to Les Schwab, even gave the guy a $10 tip for him to do nothing. They took care of me here. Staff was friendly, upfront, and got me taken care of without any hassle. They didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary and had me back on the road quickly. Appreciate the straightforward help and professionalism. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.

Finished installing new suspension in my daily and to complete the job, I went to Firestone, and the guys were able to perfectly dial in my alignment, bright and early! For a decade, everyone I know goes to them and they are always reliable for this type of work, still are. I was not disappointed by David’s knowledge and workmanship, who took care of my vehicle. Before bringing the car in, my steering wheel was facing at the 2 o’clock position while driving. After the job, when given the keys back, David modestly said he “couldn’t get the steering wheel exactly straight but everything is tight and drives straight.” I got in my vehicle… and the steering wheel was perfectly straight to me! Lol! Fantastic job! I also commend the guys up front for their professionalism! I was greeting and helped by Jim and Chase and the manager, I believe his name is Mike. Very friendly guys! Jim and I had a nice talk about motorcycles! Don’t be hesitant about coming into the Everett location! I’ll be coming back when I have the time to do my AC job!
