Shawn is the best with BMWs. He is extremely knowledgeable having several himself. He is very transparent and provides preventative care to your car. The key aspect of owning a German car is preventative care. Shawn will keep your car running longer than anyone. Have been using him for years. Is fair with his rate also. Sean is a brilliant mechanic and runs his business with care. I grew up working for my own family's mechanic shop in a different state and Prestige is the only shop I have ever run across outside of that that has the same commitment to expertise, affordability and customer service. There isn't a better shop in the Pacific Northwest.

I had a crazy issue with my car that none of the other mechanics I contacted would even look at. Sean got me in asap, put way more time into diagnosing it than he charged me for, and only charged me for the diagnosis and parts when it turned out to be a relay issue. Safe to say I've found my new mechanic in Everett. This guy is worth his weight in gold.

Sean is extremely helpful. I went to a different mechanic at first that wanted to change a LOT of things that didn’t need changing and was gonna cost me a fortune. Then I came to Prestige Auto and Sean was very helpful, honest, he explained every step he was doing and he fixed my car. He is experienced and knowledgeable. I recommend this place.

They do not want to work on older, inexpensive cars. They told me it would be 2 weeks before they would have time to work on my old car. When I explained that it was urgent, they said I could call around, but a 2 week wait is normal. That was a flat lie. They simply did not want my business because they knew I wouldn't spend much to fix an old car. I went to one of their competitors, who got me in the same day. I don't care how many five-star reviews this place has, they are dishonest.

Shawn always takes care of my vehicles here. He has built up great trust with clients by treating them right. Whether it’s an emergency or scheduled, prestige in Everett always does the work right and warns of any possible issues before hand. I dont normally write reviews but I felt inspired. Love the owner of this business. He’s a competent guy that really knows his way with cars. He’s got a skill at diagnosing and pinpointing the problem with your vehicle. While also being upfront with the customer and showing them respect with their finances. His quality of work and attention to his customers really speaks for itself. Unlike so many mechanics that feel like they are taking advantage of your time and money, I would travel across the state to follow this guy for all my cars needs. I have used Shaun many many times and he has always delivered shown me old fluids broken parts explained everything and was very up front about all costs and what needed to be done it takes a while to get in sometimes but he is usually busy with so many cars he has no parking. Prestige auto is my go to place when I don't got time to fix stuff!! I will actually be scheduling another appointment very soon.

Shaun did a great job installing a new steering rack and anti sway bar in my Volvo and fine tuned everything so my 20 year old car drives like it's brand new. Very knowledgeable, friendly and shop rates that aren't crazy. You would be crazy to go anywhere else.

I had my vehicle serviced at Prestige Auto Service on November 8, 2023, under the assurance that only new, genuine parts would be used. However, a subsequent inspection by a different certified mechanic revealed that the part installed appeared to be a non-genuine, unbranded part, rather than a new, branded component I was promised. The mechanic's opinion was that the lack of a manufacturing brand sticker and identification markings supported his finding. In my view, I believe the part and service I was promised did not match with what I got. I also spent 12 months attempting to obtain formal, itemized receipts for the work performed. Despite multiple attempts to reach Ahsan, I was not provided with documentation and later obtained them from my credit card company, myself. The receipts showed a labor charge for the work performed. Due to this I pursued help from government agencies and the court. The owner did not appear in person to address the parts and labor discrepancies. However, following the small claims 'dismissal with prejudice' for a refund, I accepted the court's ruling that I was not owed any further compensation legally. Since the conclusion of that case, the owner has sent me a text message giving me 48 hrs to take down my review or face further legal action (see attached screenshot). As a student, I do respect the court's decision on the final claim, but I believe I have the right to document my experience accurately.

Came out of town for a doctor's appointment and started feeling wobbling when driving on I5. I was able to just drive in, car seen right away, and was told I need an alignment soon. I asked if I could drive safely home, and was told yes. Best of all, they didn't charge me!!!!!! The most amazing customer service!!!!!!
