I took my car there two weeks ago for a estimate and checked back in a week later blew me off and still no estimate was going to get my chevelle painted there based on how they did on my car I am glad there not doing either one to be honest i would not recommend this shop on top of it the owner was 40 minutes late for are appointment with no call

Went to get an estimate in the middle of the day, but the only guy that works in the office and does estimates wasn't there. So drove back the next day, talked to the guy, he took pictures and said he'd email me an estimate. I didn't hear anything back, so I called a week later and he read me back my email address and said he'll email me an estimate as soon as he puts it together. I asked how far they are booked out and how soon I could get my truck painted. He said it would be within a week. It's been over a month and I have yet to get an estimate STILL!!! I took my truck to NW Auto body and got an incredible paint job!! I wouldn't waste my time at Narrow Way, doesn't look like they want to earn anyone's business.

I recently had my 1997 Dodge Ram pickup repainted. The truck had rust and peeling paint. The truck looks amazing after the work that Narrow Way performed. I can't say enough about Tory and Narrow Way company. I received supreme customer service throughout my entire experience. I was referred to Narrow Way by another great company. My car was painted, which took a lot of time and effort to come up with a perfect color and Tory was extremely patient with me. I can't say enough about the excellent quality of work they did on my car. It was such a comprehensive job to take apart so many parts and pieces of the car to do the job correctly. This shop is by far the worst I have seen. Tory is unethical and will lie right to your face. I brought a car to him back in May of 2024. This was to have a door fixed. as soon as they got the car in they immediately took the front bumper and the header off. Just make sure that they have your car trapped even though they have no plans on working on it anytime soon. This was to make it so that there's no way that I could take the car out of there. I was stuck working with him. over the next few weeks we decided to paint the whole car. I have all of the email correspondence between us both. Everything was in writing and I also have two witnesses that were in the office with me when I asked him how the car would look if we got the whole car painted. He said better than what it would look like if it came off the showroom floor. those are his exact words. Fast forward to to about 3 months later the door work was absolutely horrid. The door wasn't even the right shape. So the car had to go back in to be redone. while they're working on it I get an email stating that he's having some reactions from the paint that's underneath the car. Although I have an email that states that they took the door down to metal as well as other parts and that's where most of the problems are arising from. Currently the The driver's door and right behind it are peeling. There are so many issues with the paint on this car it would take a pages. They also gave me the car back with parts missing Parts not attached and places not painted. Interior pieces broken. And when I contacted him to bring the car back because there was solvent pop in the passenger door he sanded that down and left a low spot where it was. This place is a chop shop at best. It wasn't until about a month down the road that I noticed that two bolts on one of the door hinges were only finger tight and the back bumper wasn't tightened either. He says he offered to fix the other stuff at no cost yet in the email it states I would have financial responsibility. Obviously that's not free of charge. He hides behind saying that there is no warranty because he didn't take the whole car down to metal which I never was given the option of. Another out and out lie. I would challenge him too produce the paperwork that says that I declined to have the whole car stripped. I paid them in full. And when I took it to another shop. Some of them said that the work was so bad they didn't want to touch it. I did find one and it looks like I'll only have one other choice but to take him to court to try to recover the money to fix the car. Save yourself any problems go to maaco or another shop like that you'll at least get a guarantee and tradesmen that won't put your car back halfway like it was. Steer clear of this guy and his shop at all cost. Trust me I'm still fighting after a year and a half. You will be much happier going elsewhere. Don't let the ten commandments on the back wall fool you into thinking this guy's going to do the right thing. He can't even tell the truth.

Big thanks to Tory and the team there. They are bringing life back to our 77 F250. He knew our goal was to preserve the vehicle and fix some of the issues. He recommended the bed liner and it turned out great. They did a great job with the clear coat on the hood in order to help preserve it. We still have a few more things to fix on the vehicle with them but this was a great first step. Tory will really educate you on the options and not try to sell you. He hears you out and starts putting together a plan of action. Thanks Again Narrow Way!
