Bought New Tires — Now They’re Falling Apart! Just two months ago, I purchased a set of tires from [store name, if you want to include it]. Everything seemed fine at first, but now the rubber is literally falling apart! On top of that, I’m experiencing strong steering wheel vibrations while driving — it’s become unsafe to be on the road. I’m attaching a video showing the tire condition, a video of the steering wheel shaking, and the purchase receipt. I hope the store will respond and offer a proper solution. These tires are not only a waste of money, but also a serious safety risk!

DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! Took my little brother here to replace 2 of his tires. They didn't balance the tires correctly and one of the tires blew up less than 1 month after getting them mounted. We took it back to them to replace the faulty tire and they refuse to give any compensation or anything for the bad tire they sold us. After giving in and paying them for a new tire it was still not balanced correctly. We had to go to les schwab to get the issue corrected. We try to support small businesses in our community and places like this make it hard to do that. WORST TIRE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD!

A long story short. I hydroplaned into a medium during the evacuation due to the flooding. Needless to say I need a two new tires. There is an extra problem my rim was bent Monty & Mosin took the time to fix the rim there's no guarantee. But they did it. I am so grateful! These guys went way and beyond customer service. Good service and good people are hard to come by. And I will always come here for my tires. God bless

I spent about a week or two calling around for alignment pricing before ultimately choosing United Tire & Wheels. Every other shop I contacted quoted me $200 or more for the alignment alone. Because I had delayed the service for so long, I also needed two new tires. In total, the alignment, two new tires with installation, and tax came to approximately $375—an excellent value compared to other estimates I received. They even offer financing, which I declined this time around, but is definitely something I'll tuck away for next time! They were able to get me in right away, and since I didn’t wait on-site, they called to walk me through the details and allowed me to make an informed decision without any pressure. The service was efficient, transparent, and genuinely friendly. I highly recommend United Tire & Wheels to anyone looking for prompt, affordable, and professional automotive care.

These guys are hands down the best rim and tire place in Snohomish County. Went across the street to Les schwab first and they quoted me almost twice as much and an hour wait for the exact same set of tires.
