My husband and I take all of our vehicles to ATS . Their honesty and integrity in their work and prices are unbeatable! Customer service is impeccable ! A few years back we thought we could get a better price on replacing our muffler by going to a muffler shop only to find out ATS was less expensive! This year my husband had 2back surgeries and wasn't working for several months prior and after ...our truck needed major work we couldn't afford in one lump sum so the owners did the repairs anyway and let us make payments ! Who knows another shop that would extend that courtesy!!!! We are and always will be loyal customers because ATS really knows how to treat their customers!

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I wish I could find a way to contact the owner. So I had a 2011 f150 which I needed the turbo studs removed from, brought it in to the shop and they pulled them in 5.5ish hours and got my new downpipes in as well. Phenomenal job. They called me the next day and told me they saw a leaking tube underneath and went ahead and ordered a new one (without my prior approval). I hesitantly told them to go ahead and fix it since they already ordered it to which they responded "not a problem, it'll be done early tomorrow morning, easy fix." I get a call the next day at 3:00pm and they tell me they're having a hard time with it and it's already taken over 5 hours and they're still not done. I get upset and my wife flips. They tell me there's another hose that needs replaced as well to which I say to replace assuming it won't take too long. The original bill for what I signed off on (the turbos) was $630. My shop bill was over $2400. Nowhere do they have in writing my consent to have done that extent of work. Massive misrepresentation of cost (which is illegal) and also deviating more than 10% from the original cost without approval (also illegal). When they were asked how much the job would cost they said "we don't do estimates" which is also illegal. My wife got into a fight with them over the bill and Jeremy admitted that they had ordered the parts and we're going to do the work without approval, that they took the go ahead without first asking. They also admitted that the pipe wasn't actually leaking, only if held at a certain angle. Here's my problem. If a shop is doing your brake pads, then they're like "hey we can change your oil too". They can't call a day later and be like "we struggled with your oil, you owe us another $1500 for labor." Oh and lastly, they told my wife they hope she never sleeps well at night again. And how can she live with herself knowing that the shop guys worked for hours and aren't getting paid for it. There's a mechanic guide to how long a job should take, it's not on my end if it takes someone far longer than it's supposed to. In the end my wife stood her ground (I was at work). I was ready to offer them the original $630 plus parts plus what the tubes should have taken. They ended up just charging for the original job plus parts. Still a ridiculous situation though

I've almost always gone to the dealership for service but was having a clutch problem with my F350. I got a recommendation for Auto Truck Service so I gave Jeremy a call. They were busy but able to squeeze me in the next day. My problem was diagnosed and fixed in about 24 hours! I appreciated the honest and clear communication from Jeremy. I will be using Auto Truck Service for all my future maintenance needs.

Jeremy and the auto truck staff are great guys. I have been in and out through jobs and personal projects for more than 10 years. Knowledgeable and straight forward. Helped me out recently getting a stuck rim off my truck. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend ATS to anyone for repairs and machine work.

Where to start. First off they are highly disorganized, I kept getting told different things were being worked on and they weren't. One of the service desk people said something about a caliper repair, I said I never heard anything about that, so he brushed it off and said it must have been a different vehicle (foreshadowing). The quote they gave me on the phone was 1400, final price $2800 when I went to pick it up, I even told them 2k was my budget. They did brake work, and was supposed to fix this noise on the engine which they said they had, but they did not. They also decided to replace my parking brake line but could not find a part so left it disassembled. Anyways, I am on the highway and my brakes go out, luckily I was able to take an off ramp. The front right caliper is smoking and locked up, fluid is black (they said they replaced it). So the bad brake caliper was my vehicle and they did not replace it, 2800 for brake work that didnt fix them and almost got me killed, and a noise that is not fixed.

This shop is very good. The owner is present on most days and can clearly explain what his crew is repairing. Rates are consistent with the competition, actually a bit lower. We have 6 trucks in our fleet and have never had to get the same repair twice on the same truck. I cannot say that about the last shop we were using.

These guys were awesome, they were able and willing to work me in on a very last minute request. I needed my flywheel resurfaced and my usual 'go to' place machinist had gone home sick so I was in a real crunch, these guys made it happen without hesitation! Will definitely use and recommend again! Thank you for the great service.

My diesel developed a cooling leak a few days before a vacation. ATS was busy but fit me in and replaced my water pump which fixed my leak. This was 3 months ago and all is still good. My only issue is I would have liked to see my old pump, however I did not request to save parts.

I've used several different shops and would recommend this shop the most. They were professional, courteous, and communicative. I interacted mostly with the owner, Jeremy. He was always really clear and did an excellent job communicating by phone all along the way on how the projects were going, what they found, and the updated timeline for when it would be finished.

I would NOT recommend going here. This shop should let people know that their commercial customers take priority over their regular customers. My Truck was there for a whole week with only the rear breaks and one gasket being done, when there were 2 other gaskets that needed replacing also which I insisted on being fixed at the same time as well. I was told "we couldn't find the leak after steam cleaning the engine, so drive around for a week then come back later once it leaks again" well by the time I drive it home it was leaking a good amount on the ground. It definitely seemed to be an inconvenience for them to get the work done, telling me to call back a week later to even be put on the schedule. Keep in mind they gladly accepted it the same hour that I called the first time I took the truck to them. I found somewhere who could get the work done in 2 days which would have taken close to a month to get squared away had I "called back later in the week" to get the engine gaskets replaced. I get your busy but just communicate that like other shops would instead of trying to hoard clients and have people waiting ridiculously long times for something that could be done within a day and a half. If you're a company having work done you're probably in great hands. But if you're wanting to have your vehicle fixed in a timely manner I'd suggest somewhere else.

I reached out to Auto Truck Service to get a second opinion on the price of replacing the spider injector on my Chevy Express 3500. Jeremy provided me with an estimate, despite knowing that my van is currently at another shop. While other companies were unresponsive or simply took my details, I appreciate the help and will keep this shop in mind for future needs.

This business is where you need to go for all your mechanic needs. I have trusted Mike Hughes with my cars for going on 20 years and have 100% faith in his honesty, knowledge, and ability. He's saved my mother broken down on the side of the road as well as diagnosed my own issues with one phone call.

My 16 year old son spun out and bent his rear axle, I was doing the work myself and found out I needed the ABS wheel on the new axle pressed on. I Went in and asked if there was any way possible to get it done real quick. They were pretty busy. I explained that my son needed his car to get to school the next day and they went above and beyond. Had it done in 5 mins and didn’t even charge me. I’ve had work done by them before and it’s always been a good experience. I highly recommend this shop. Great people and top notch customer service

I am so grateful to the team at Auto Truck Service Inc. They were incredibly kind, courteous, respectful, and accommodating where they could be. They instructed me on how to do an after hours drop off and called me the very next morning as they said with the identified issue and an accurate, fair quote to fix it. They fixed all issues in a really quick, timely manner! My car was ready to go by the next evening. They were flexible and let me pay over the phone and do an after hours pick up. My car runs great, and I am so happy with the work they did. Thank you all so much!! I live in Seattle, but I’m glad I was in Everett when my car broke down as I will gladly come back for more work in the future should my car need it. :)

Definitely eh. I called ahead to get a quote for a drivers door lock and ignition switch replacement for a work van and was told they had the parts on hand, could complete the job in a day or two and were actually doing the same job for another customer at the time I called, so I chose to go with them. After leaving my van with them for three days without hearing anything from them, I called Jeremy at the front desk and was told that they had the parts but were waiting for their locksmith to key the cores alike before they installed them. On one hand that’s great because I’ll have one key that works for all, but on the other..if I knew that 3 days into the job they didn’t touch it, I would have taken the van to another shop that could’ve done it sooner. I eventually got my van back 8 days after I originally dropped it off, with a $637 total for the work done. I had a couple clients that I had to postpone work for, but all in all, the product works and I’m satisfied.
