Not impressed. This is my first time needing to repair my vehicle after an accident with a raccoon. I called to see when i could get my vehicle in for an estimate. The guy over the phone insisted i wait for the appraisal from my insurance company ( i am a very busy mother of two toddlers while the accident was minor i want to deal with it as soon as possible). My insurance company informed me if i wanted to streamline the process i should go get an estimate from a repair shop of my choice. So instead of telling me how the whole insurance process goes, your employee should have just made an appointment. See my whole issue with this conversation was, is that my car has like no damage on the outside, but my worry is underneath. I can't get underneath the vehicle to take pictures and neither can an insurance adjuster without putting the vechile on a lift(hence the urgency to take it to a repair shop). You would have had my business if you had just made an appointment and not lectured me on how the insurance process goes( which btw, i spent one hour on the phone with an insurance agent yesterday going over), which i'm well aware of. If you didn't have time for an appointment, all you needed to do was let me know. I would have been willing to wait.

My car was totaled when I was T-boned getting onto the freeway. The person who T-boned me, although being obviously in the wrong, claimed that they saw a green light and because I only had liability insurance I ended up being out about $5,000. After this happened insurance took so long to establish liability that my car had been stored at Cascade Collision center for almost a month. When insurance refused to pay for the storage fees (totaling almost $2000) I went and spoke with Roy Flowers. He immediately put me at ease and told me that they would take care of me. The owner of Cascade Collision knew that I could not afford to pay them so they graciously said that I didn't have to pay. I was speechless but their compassion and good will had saved me from being in a crippling financial situation. These people are honest and extremely compassionate and I will exclusively go to them in there future. THANK YOU CASCADE COLLISION!!!!!

biggest scam of my life here. I had to pay out of pocket because i didn't want to go through insurance and they charged me twice as much as all surrounding car shops for a literal scratch. The front desk woman will snap at you constantly because she hates her job. Extremely unpleasant experience so just warning people DO NOT COME HERE!

This is the second time I've had to use them. Everything is five stars!! The customer service, the integrity of the work, the time it took to complete the work. Not to mention they detailed my car, not part of the job. They dealt with the insurance company. I didn't have to. I can't say enough good things about this business. My car was in a hit and run and I had no idea where to take my car & I’m SO happy that I brought it to Cascade Collision. The job was done so well and they were so good at calling me with updates and checking in to see when I was picking up my car. The cleaning job was also done incredibly well. Dropped off my truck after meeting a light pull in a small parking lot. The estimate was less than I expected so I went ahead with the work. I recently was involved in a car accident, in which my car was not drive-able. I had my car towed to Cascade Collision and let me say.. From the very moment my car arrived, they kept me informed as to what was happening with my insurance, parts being ordered, and the estimated time of completion! They are honest, and do whatever it takes to make their customers happy which is why I will be referring everyone to this company for collision repair! They tried to convince me that a "fix is a fix". I had my truck vandalized, and because I did not want filler used on my 2016 f350, that I was trying to raise the price on the person who caused the damage, and they do not do business like this. Unbelievable. No, I would like my truck to be back to it's normal condition, and a "fix is not a fix". My insurance broker clearly stated that the damaged must be fixed to "as good" or "better condition" than it was before the incident. Bondo is not the equivalent. Instead of out of pocket, and recovering the money, I will now have to go through insurance who will force the issue of the proper repair, and cost the vandal more money. They have done everyone a disservice here. Very unprofessional conversation.

I had a Subaru that needed some body work and got quotes from several body shops in the area. Some of the bigger corporate shops were hard to work with and unwilling to let me do some of the more minor repair myself. Roy and his team, however, were no nonsense and more than willing to work with me. I was super pleased by how honest and straightforward they were, and the repairs I asked for turned out great. I definitely saved a lot of money by going with this shop, and I highly recommend it over any other body shops in the area.

Fantastic customer service, impressive communication, timely work and and excellent finished product. A high standard has obviously been set! I cannot recommend this shop enough. A hit and run and a word of mouth recommendation brought me to Cascade Collision. They worked diligently with my insurance company to stay within a budget as to not total out my car. The paint blended perfectly, a huge tell to me that the shop is truely professional. The high bar of excellence they have set is obvious. I will absolutely use them again should the need arise. I cannot thank the shop enough for turning something so horribly unexpected into an experience with such a positive outcome!

they were awesome, someone hit my front bumper and i had never worked with insurance or a body repair shop before and they were so easy to work with. kind people, honest from the get go and did an incredible job fixing my bumper/paint and head light, as well as checked on something for me i was worried about. they were booked out about 6 weeks or so but they had my car done in four days!! 10/10 would recommend.

I had an unusual problem. 2 claims, 1 from Allstate and 1 of my own from Farmers. It took several months, Caliber Collision only wanted to handle the Farmer's claim, and that was insufficient. It was no concern of theirs. Gerber gave me an estimate but declined since they weren't certified to work on an aluminum body. I found Cascade and the Communication was great. Handling both claims was no issue. I was concerned that they would waste my rental allowance with over-assessment and ordering parts, leaving me truckless for a while. No issue. I turned it in for repair on a Monday and picked it up on a Wednesday. The quality was excellent. In, out, and done.

Had a bit of a scrape on the back-end of the car. Called around and got multiple quotes. Amy from Cascade Collision was very welcoming and promptly gave me a competitive quote (equal with their competitors in the market). Decided to choose Cascade due to feeling most at ease with Amy and trusted their good reviews. Great decision. Professional from beginning to end, finished two days faster than originally anticipated, and cleaned the car inside and out. Can't even tell there was any damage now. I highly recommend Amy and Cascade Collision for any of your needs, I will most definitely be back should the need arise (although hopefully not!).
