The staff and customer service was AMAZING. It not 5 stars becouse I got my car back with the control arm rubbing against my tires which wasent happening driving from Les shwab to there 1-2miles then had them replace my control arms and then my tire loudly rubs the control arm and inner wheel well, was told no aftermarket control arms exist for my car was told I needed a new axle..... untill I showed them my tire was rubbing the control arm. I understand that my tires are very large for this car, but why wouldnt it happen when the tire place put them on...,and to then say I needed a new axle to fix the problem????5k-6k? I may not be a mechanic but for 500 I think I could have installed my own battery. I told them I was driving to Illinois and wanted to make sure everything worked right before the 2500mile trip in july...the trip was cancelled and thank God becouse I have a very weak AC system we would have cooked going through the Midwest with no AC in July I thought they would be more thorough for 2800...to be fair I couldn't leave my car with them multiple days I needed it serviced in one. First time having Mark and his team work on the Mini I bought my daughter and had a wonderful experience. I'm new to Mini's and heard great things about Z Sport, so I decided to give them a try. Mark found that the previous owner had tried to cover up some issues, some costly repairs were required, he helped me prioritize what needed to be resolved first, and what we could put off for a future visit. I appreciate how respectful he was and completely understood that I just purchased this vehicle, and he fixed everything that was required cheaper than originally quoted. If you have a European vehicle and live in Snohomish County, I highly recommend Z Sport.

We have been loyal Z-Sport customers for years. Even after we moved out of the area, this shop is our go-to for all things maintenance as well as major problem solving. We come both for the quality of the work, which is impeccable, and the style of management, which is honest and transparent. The service manager, Mark Gwyn, sets a tone for open communication that makes all the difference in our experience. We appreciate his leadership and the quality work done by his team. They were willing to fit me in for an emergency battery situation, worked with me to get me on the road as fast as possible, and still gave me a bit of a discount on labor when I ended up needing a more expensive part, even when I said that wasn't necessary. Super pleased with the service. Also, far far less expensive than Seattle Mini would have been.

My experience with Z Sport Euro was really wonderful. My Tiguan needed two things done that I knew of for sure. They worked with me and reports I had to map out what was needed to complete those repairs. In addition, they informed me of some other things to keep on my radar and put it in order of priority. They made sure to be very transparent and work with me on what I could do for this visit. My car runs great and they asked that I return soon to double check that all is well still, which I genuinely appreciate that kind of follow up. This with reasonable pricing, especially in comparison to other places, I would definitely recommend working with them!

I can’t say enough great things about Z Sport Euro! I brought my car in right before a cross-country trip, a little stressed about timing, and their team went above and beyond to get everything taken care of quickly and professionally. They fit me in on short notice, diagnosed the issue right away, and had my car running perfectly in no time. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, honest, and clearly cared about getting me safely back on the road. It’s rare to find a mechanic who combines such great service with genuine care for their customers — but this place absolutely does. Don't come to this place if you have an even slightly technical problem, they'll just take your money. They talk to you in a degrading tone, as if they know everything and you know nothing about YOUR car. They'll blame the problem on you and defend their reason as to why they couldn't fix the problem you came in for until they die. Barely spend any time diagnosing they problem. Came in for a battery drain twice, never fixed the problem, and did all of which I said above. Took my car to the dealership and they fixed it instantly, no issues. If you appreciate your money and are fully aware of the maintenance a european car takes don't bother coming here, just go to your dealership.

Like many others, I had a very good experience at Z-Sport Euro. I took my wife's BMW in to have the transmission and diff fluids changed. Mark got me in right away and he was professional, helpful, and kept me updated every step of the way. He showed me the old transmission fluid pan so I could see the residual material for myself, which I appreciated. I read the couple of negative comments, and I saw no signs of those things described in the comments. I've heard of people leaving extremely negative messages for companies that are doing a great job for their customers. Why? These folks may own or run similar businesses, and rather than competing by providing comparable service, they attack the reputations of those who are in hopes of driving business towards themselves. If the negative comments are true, then the truth will eventually come out. I encourage you to give Z-Sport a try for yourself and you be the judge. In the meantime, my thanks to Mark and his crew for taking care of me! I'll be back when I need a high quality shop.

AVOID. LIED TO CUSTOMER. Treats employee terribly. These are the difficult reviews. But they are invaluable. This owner scheduled an appointment; I drove a 17 year old exotic car with only 40,000 to the shop. And he snapped at me, “We don’t do this work!” He went on in a rude, petulant fashion to insult me. And the buyer of my car scheduled the appointment, not me. I was totally blindsided. His rudeness extended to the kind counter person who should be interacting with customers. NOT THE OWNER! Then the rudeness blew into another customer’s experience. If I had recoded this 20 minute barrage the business would shut down. No one would bring their car there. Seems like a pattern: though they advertise that they work on exotics, there were none there. Terrible experience that I’ll share far and wide. Innocent customers getting berated is so 1970s.

Huge shoutout to Mark and his technicians at Z Sports for doing an outstanding job on my car. I brought it in the afternoon before Christmas Eve, and Mark was able to diagnose the issue immediately, get it repaired, and have it ready by Christmas Eve — which honestly meant so much to me. When I first called and explained what was going on, Mark really listened. He understood exactly what I was trying to explain and was able to tell me what was most likely happening — which was later confirmed by the diagnostic. The price he quoted me over the phone was exactly what I was charged, and it was extremely reasonable. Mark was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire experience. It’s been a month and the car is still running great and I’ve even taken a road trip in it. I truly can’t say enough good things about my experience at Z Sports and will for sure be going back in the future. Highly recommend!
