Took my 2006 GTI in because it was running rough. They investigated and diagnosed the problem. They had to replace a couple of bad parts after they figured out the problem. They always stayed in contact with me and kept me apprised of the cost for diagnoses, parts and labor. Met the schedule and cost estimate they gave me. Car runs great. I would recommend these guys. Very professional.

Bait and switch type of business get you in, don’t communicate, sell you things and don’t put it in, won’t give you the old parts back. Throws parts without diagnosing anything. Tells you it’s fixed, tries to upsell you after they “have fixed it” only to find out the problem is still there and anyone that drove it would have noticed it. So clearly they don’t test anything after they work on it. Not to mention the length of time it sits at their shop not being worked on despite them saying it is. But one quick drive by and you’ll see your car outside. Left it filthy and made up excuses at to why they did not clean it. Don’t use protective covers while working around paint. This should really be a -5 * review.

We’ve been bringing our cars to Mark and the team at Z Sport for over 20 years. Of course, they always fix them. But what’s really impressive is they go beyond just the reason you’ve brought the car in (today was an oil change), and check other things (like tire tread) to ensure their customers stay safe. They’re extremely knowledgeable and are more than happy to share their knowledge. In fact I just listened to Mark talk with a customer for 20 minutes about general car maintenance, the best and worst cars for repairs, the importance of proactive maintenance, etc. The waiting room is comfy, the restroom is spotless, and the Keurig pods are plenty!

Shop looks nice but the owner is dishonest. I got a quote for 2200$. There was a repair of 500$ on it I did not need. It had already been fixed. I called Mark the owner to tell him and his reply was well rates have went from 153$ and hour to 164$ an hour since that quote 3 months ago. I said ok, how many hours is the labor he said 11 and then proceded to tell me it would be 2378 $ now. I askedhim if he knew what 11x11 was. It is 121$. So if you remove the 500$ repair I do not need and add the 121$ for the rate increase it should be 1821$ I told him I would never bring my vehicle to his shop again and he was clearly trying to rip me off. Beware. Watch your bill very closely. Mark is a dishonest man.
