Having grown up with Pat, i had already known his mechanical abilities - saving me the hard part of finding a shop i could trust to work on my vehicles. Honestly, he is the only person i will have work on my stuff along with Chip and Jordan. I usually do my own maintenance but once in a while i come across a job suited for the shop. That's when i go to Dugans! Honest guys with pride and integrity that have saved me time and time again. In fact, this last visit, Pat located and repaired an issue that i had been trying to figure out for quite some time. They got me up and running in no time. Good job guys! I will recommend Dugans to anyone in need of quality automotive maintenance and repairs.

Best and most honest mechanics you could ever hope for... Dugan's helped my wife and I with swapping transfer cases. They were BY FAR the most friendly, fair priced and professional ASE certified mechanics I could imagine. A true family owned business! I desperately needed to have some work done on my truck. It's our second vehicle, so it usually gets neglected when it comes to maintenance. I was referred to Dugans by a friend and I couldn't be happier. A family owned and run shop that delivers. Chip was fantastic to deal with. Was very helpful, straight forward and easy to deal with. He gave me a quote that was more than reasonable when I called, and was very helpful in explaining what repairs needed to be done and why. Finding a honest and helpful mechanic is usually a dreaded experience for anyone. I'm happy to say that I don't need to look for a mechanic anymore because I found the only mechanic I'll ever need! Took my 2010 ram 1500 to Dugan's automotive shop today to replace all 16 spark plugs. Chip is a really great guy and will explain everything to you that is being done on your vehicle. Dropped the truck off at about 330pm and picked it up at 6pm same day. Very fast and reliable service, the guys do great work at a great price. Will be taking my vehicles back for other work in the future. Thanks guys!!!

I went to Dugan’s because I suddenly heard a bad sounding sound so I went and got it checked out. I got my back brakes done and the service and chip were AMAZING! When I went back to pick up my car chip took time to explain what he did, he even fixed one of my brake lights. He is simply an honest guy who does great service. I would definitely recommend this place for whoever needs any work done with their car

I highly recommend Dugan’s. I went to them based on word of mouth that they are old school mechanics. I started getting oil changes there, and then started getting work done on my vehicle. Chip is very knowledgeable and has been a critical resource during my search for a vehicle. He walked me through things to look for. *EDIT They have provided solid advice at no charge and have provided mechanical services at fair prices! I will continue to service my vehicles at Dugan’s.

Chip and his team, are simply fantastic. My alternator crapped out on a recent road trip up to Seattle and it was unbelievably fortuitous luck that I broke down close to his shop. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, turn it around in two days, and has been my go-to mechanic for all my daily needs ever since. I would 100% recommend him and his shop. A true professional with years of experience and a pleasure to deal with. A++

Purchased an older vehicle but originally took it to a different shop for basic repairs. After being mislead by this “unnamed business” for weeks and not one issue resolved, I Googled mechanics, finding Dugan’s Automotive Services. Following a consultation of what the previous shop claimed needed to be done, Chip came out to take a quick glance at the vehicle. In a less than 5 minute look over, Chip was able to find a couple leaks that other auto repair places missed... In the dark!!! I was impressed at that moment and knew we'd found a knowledgeable honest, and reliable mechanic. The next day, Chip and Jordan put our vehicle on their lift for a thorough inspection. Unfortunately for us, the vehicle was showing her age and was severely neglected, therefore a good amount of work needed to be done. Chip took the time to inform us of what issues were a priority, which ones that could wait, and ones that could be done while X part was removed; saving both parties time and labor. We have always picked our vehicles up before a discussed date. Even when Dugan's supplier sent the wrong parts, Chip made sure our parts were available to them the following morning and we were still able to pick our vehicle up before the estimated date. I'm thankful for the runaround with the other places because we never would have found Dugan's Automotive Services. They are now our lifelong mechanic!

I went to Dugan's on the recommendation of another garage, since I was on a tight budget working a low-paid job. I had been told many different things by many different mechanics, and was confused and a little fed up with the entire auto repair industry. Chip was very professional on the phone, quoted me a great price, and explained everything without being condescending to me as a woman. He also told me that their policy is honesty over profit, and that they would rather be poor than be dishonest. I don't see many businesses like this, and am really happy that my faith was restored in a male-dominated industry. Thank you Dugan's!!

The head gasket on my wife's 2011 Subaru Forester blew out and Chip and his crew fixed it up. I usually do a lot of my own repairs but this is a very complicated job on a very complicated engine so had a friend recommend Dugan's. Chip is a very knowledgeable and honest guy, they ran into a couple issues during the repair and he did a great job keeping us updated and explaining what they were doing. Dugan's does great work for very reasonable prices, Chip and his crew are there to help get your car back on the road, not to rip you off. I would recommend Dugan's to anyone with car problems, they'll get the job done right.

Scamy Experience, Don’t Recommend! Paid for a $200 full service check up which he tried to just steal the money without sharing the information I told him I needed to know if my car needed anything before I took it for a multistate drive, I shared this with Chip When I picked up my car he didn’t have the paperwork ready and wanted to email it to me, which I gracefully agreed and paid & left, trusting he would keep his word. He lied I called and he gave me the same lie that he would send it soon He didn’t Then he wouldn’t answer if he saw my phone calling so I had to call from a different number, to which of course he answered promptly And again another lie It was 6 attempts I reached out to him, setting me back a week on my trip. My trip was waiting for this service information I paid $200 for over a WEEK LATER I had to call the police and show up just to get my information which he somehow came up with in 5minutes, but not after having an inappropriate melt down raising his voice to me Im not even mentioning how he quoted me for stuff that wasn’t an issue and I would have paid him to do it because I trusted him until he pulled this weird crap, I had gone a few times for service, he would take 2HOURS holding my keys hostage every time but I put up with it because I thought he did trustworthy business. Clearly not the case. It is not business professional to tell a paying customer that the service they already paid for would be finalized “soon” “tomorrow” and then not answer the phone to communicate like an adult or take any accountability. It’s plain lying. Liars are bad to do business with. AVOID THIS PLACE

Absolutely Amazing Service! 5 out of 5 stars for sure! Choose them for your needs! I cannot say enough about Dugan's Automotive. These people REALLY DO CARE about you and your vehicle's situation. Family owned and operated. These are good people! My husband gave me the number to Dugan's Automotive to call regarding our vehicle's sudden failure. I was sort of a wreck and needed quick help. From the conversation that Chip and I first had on the phone and by the questions he asked me and the answers he had to mine, I could tell that I was going to be in good hands with a mechanic who was knowledgeable and compassionate of my situation. I was not wrong. Chip and his son deserve high praise, they really came through for us. These guys know their stuff. Chip takes the time to listen to your concerns and is patient when explaining things to somebody like me whom knows little about vehicle repairs. If you are looking for an automotive shop whom goes above and beyond, look no further! You will not go wrong with Dugan's Automotive. Straightforward and honest. I won't go anywhere else! Location is easily found on Manor way just off highway 99. Follow the driveway down to the shop and enter the cozy office! They will take good care of you! Chip and son, you guys rock!
