Had a good experience when speaking with the staff however that is the difficult thing. The staff prioritize phone calls over customers in the store. Even with 4-5 people in line and the staff seem busy on their computers, if a phone calls comes in they seem to have the time to still answer the phones. Also the team did not put plastic on my old dirty wheels when they put them back into my SUV. They also didn’t put my new 5th tire under for my spare. The tires on my new wheels seem to be correctly installed and they did do a quick job even with 5 tires being put on. 2/5

Be careful of financing tires here. I went in, we shopped for tires, and we came to a solution. They said I could finance the tires they sold me on 0% financing. They did not tell me anything else. They did not warn me that it would ding my credit score. They told me to apply for the financing and submit it for the amount of the tires. I submitted the application and got approved. We handled the tires. 2 weeks later, I got a ding on my credit score. It tanked my score by 50 points. I knew it would ding my credit score, but I had no idea it would take 50 points. They offered nothing to improve things. Their salespeople do not know what they are talking about. This can seriously impact people's lives.

I ordered my tire online and scheduled an appointment for today. I was greeted by Stephanie. I explained I needed my new tire on my spare (which was damaged). Then it needed to be placed on my front passenger side. The one in the trunk was previously on my front driver's side, got damaged, and I replaced with my original full-size spare. She asked me to come outside to explain: which I did the best I could. She said she needed to get some information (likely tread and miles). I then asked if I needed to sign anything or if she needed me to do anything as I filled out a lot online and pre-paid. She told me she needed more information and to wait inside where it wasn't raining. I went in and after a couple minutes she came back to her desk and it was silent for a minute. I asked what information it was that she needed because I had to get to work. It was not rude - just a legitimate question. She shook her head in disgust with having to deal with me, eye rolling, flared nostrils, raised brows with pursed lips, and was told "I guess you can just go - I don't need anything." I gave her a look just the same because that behavior was beyond uncalled for and blatantly rude. I left and a man called me to let me know my tire was done a while later. I picked it up and was emailed my receipt because their printer wasn't working. Perhaps she didn't want to call me because she knew I would say something to her. By the way, the ONLY reason I came here is because my usual shop could not order this specific tire. I won't be coming back though. Also - what information did you even need?

The staff go above and beyond. Had to get new tires and they recommended a few they thought I would like. Got new tires, they did a great job and even cleaned the rust off the rims and polished them when I didn’t ask for it. Will be coming back

I had a fantastic experience with my sales guy Nathan at this location! He was super helpful, kind, and professional. Service was fast, simple, and straightforward, and he made the whole tire replacement process so easy. I was pleasantly surprised when upgraded my tires for free to better snow-rated ones — such an amazing gesture that really shows he cares about his customers’ safety. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend them!

Discount Tire is my go to place for tires. they always are friendly and if im only there for air in the tires they are quick to take care of it. this time i had to replace all 4 tires on one vehicle and rotated two tires and replaced the other two. plus got windshield wipers replaced as well. great service. I used my discount tire card so i got 9 months no interest!!!

would definitely recommend. i spent about 3 hrs across the street at les shwab for a screw in my tire . only thing they would do is sell me 2-4 tires for between 400-1500$ so i had him pump up the old one and was heading home to think about it. decided to just pull into discount to ask them. they seen me right away, the manager came outside to get the tire size . said he could hook me up with an almost new tire for cheap then asked me why i needed a tire an i told him about the screw . he said they could fix that tire for me if i wanted and could save me some money so i said great . he had his guy pull it in and 5 to 10 min later he was done. charged me 10$. so happy with the service will be buying my new rims and tires from them for now on .

Carlos and Jason are great!! Replaced a couple tires and my tire pressure light came back on - when I called, they told me to come in and get it looked at and they fixed me right up with a new sensor since the old one was broken. Mechanics were super fast, and customer service was amazing. Will be coming back for everything I can get fixed here!

Customer for life! Staff is friendly regardless of how busy they are. The manager is pretty amazing. They always seem to finish a little before or right on time, when you're quoted. And they do a good job. This trip I had a tire rotation done and had the valve stems replaced because they were damaged. All done for free! They will be getting my money as soon as these tires are ready for replacements. Be advised, on a busy day without an appointment you might be waiting 3 hours before they finish. It was 1.5 hrs with an appointment. I'd say earlier in the day is best.

Nothing but the best experience. Two times took vehicle to another tire place to have an issue looked into. Steering wheel was shaking and I suspected an out of round or unbalanced tire. First place did a visual inspection and said nothing was wrong. Took it back to the same place (really dumb idea) and they rebalance the tires, said one was 4oz off. Better but steering wheel still had vibration. Took it to discount tire, told them my story, and right away they said "these are noise dampening tires. Sometimes we see the foam separate from the tire." Sure enough. They removed the foam, rebalanced, and it drives like a dream now. The other place didn't even bother checking if that could have been a possibility. Nothing but great service with every employee I came into contact with. This is the only place I will go for tire work now.

Patrick provided stellar customer service on my recent visit for a tire repair. After a quick glance at my tire, another top tier shop had told me I needed a new tire. Patrick closely examined it and told me replacement might be needed, but was unlikely. The guys in the shop were able to do a top-notch (plug & inside patch) repair in about a half hour. Patrick and his crew were professional and cheerful. They're serious about what they do, and obviously enjoy their work. Discount remains my go-to tire dealer for Michelin Tires on my F150 truck and SUV.

Update: Discount Tire has since contacted me to offer to either buff the wheels or refinish them. I am updating my review from 1-star to 4-stars. Having spent $1,800 on new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S’, I really wish some more care would have been taken in the first place. But I appreciate them taking care of it. Original Review: I would have really appreciated if you guys hadn’t scratched my wheels while balancing them. And no, it doesn’t just wipe off, I already tried.
