Dont walk away from this shop RUN! I had this shop put some headers on my 1987 Chevy 4x4 they re-routed wiring to my starter to get the headeres to fit with "bailing wire" The truck ran fine getting it to the their shop. Once I got on the freeway headed home after picking it up they had routed my starter wiring up and over my soleniod and it shorted out and burnt all my wiring out along with the Starter, Selenoid & ECM. Then would not reutrn text messages or phone calls until I disputed the charges with my credit card company. Once he never got the money he then decided to call 18 days after the fact. This guy is not to be trusted. VERY UNETHICAL OPERATOR★☆☆☆☆ 4 months ago

I went to this shop with my brother to install an exhaust on my car. They were very rude and condescending and even made racist remarks about me being brown that they claimed were jokes. They said that there was rust near the old pipe and installing it would cost $350-$400. The older mechanic was ridiculously rude and even cussed me out for asking for him to lower the price. He suggested I do it myself if I wasn’t fine with the price, but I ended up going to another shop and got it done for $150 Lmao. This shop is pathetic and they will try to scam you★☆☆☆☆ 6 months ago

Came in with van that wasn’t starting. Battery was not showing correct voltage. Said $160 diagnostics fee when I came in, which I agreed to pay. Then called to say it was $580+ after they charged me $322 for a battery that can be purchased retail for $190 and they added another 0.5h for the battery install. When questioned about the battery charge, they agreed to bring the cost down to $190, where they were still getting $50 over their cost. When asked about the extra half hour, they said it was standard practice for the diagnostic NOT to be applied to the repair cost. I did not agree at which point Hutch got upset and demanded cash and said he didn’t trust me. Eventually, Hutch agreed to take a card and take off the extra half hour for the battery install, but most people would have relented to this bullying. Not a good way to get repeat customers.★☆☆☆☆ 11 months ago
