This has been the absolute worst service I have received in my entire life. They installed my oil filter incorrectly resulting in failure of my engine causing my car to break down. Promises made to give me a rental for time being and its been over 4 weeks and I still have no rental, no car and no answers. My car is still standing in their parking lot. The boss "Mike" doesn't give a shit, he has failed to respond to any of my emails sent or my phone calls and the corporate offices are just as slow getting this resolved. DO NOT MAKE USE OF THIS JIFFY LUBE OR ANY OF THEM. Management takes no responsibility for anything and I will be suing them!

Went smoothly and fast to get through no problem with this facility. Corporate is emailing coupons with great discounts but are not valid. No need to signup with your email. It is just used to get you in the door. The technician did his best to give me a discount of half the value that brought me in. Attached is the fake coupon I was emailed to come in on a Wednesday.
