I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Evergreen Auto Repair. I was traveling from out of state and, after a long drive, noticed my spare tire was hanging much lower than it should have been. I was worried about making the long trip back home safely, so I stopped here hoping someone could take a quick look. The person at the front desk was incredibly kind and got my car on a lift right away. The mechanics discovered that a small piece was missing from the spare tire mount that helps to keep it secure, but the screw itself thankfully wasn’t stripped. Even though they didn’t have the exact part on hand, they quickly found a solid replacement solution to secure the spare tire properly. The whole process took maybe 10 minutes, and to my surprise, they didn’t charge me anything for the help. Their honesty, quick service, and willingness to assist a traveler in a bind meant a lot! I felt completely safe continuing my trip thanks to their amazing team! I highly recommend Evergreen Auto Repair for their professionalism, kindness, and excellent service!

It is rare to find an auto repair expert that is honest and DOES NOT overcharge their customers. When the big local tire company that spends a lot of $$ on advertising quoted a crazy amount for our F150 brakes, Evergreen charged us almost a thousand less! When we had an oil leak, Matt diagnosed the problem and fixed what was needed. I am confident others would have unnecessarily charged us thousands. There is a reason the parking lot is full at evergreen auto repair. They are simply amazing humans! They care about their customers safety (and their wallets) Thank-you for being such an amazing repair shop. 🙏.

Great experience! I booked the day before to bring my car in with a check engine light. I had a previous issue with it in July, and I took it to another shop, but unfortunately that shop closed so I was on the hunt for a new one. This shop got me in and out quickly, even though they said it might take a couple of hours to get it diagnosed. I waited in their lobby and it only took 1.5 hours. They tried their best to recreate my issue and fixed a hose (which may or may not have been the issue) they also noticed my back brake light was out, so they replaced it! Great service honestly, would recommend 😁

I had replaced my blower motor and my resistor for my Nissan Sentra SR 2009. Got all sorts of quotes all over the place for the issues I had with my car And they all buried between hundreds and thousands of dollars. Called ahead to see if they had any appointment openings. They were completely booked and really busy. But they were really kind to take My car in. The issues with my car were way more simple than I thought they were in my car was repaired in the day. They didn’t recommend unnecessary repairs like Jiffy Lube did, They gave a fast solution With Well thought out expertise. After this, they have gained a forever customer. I usually don’t write reviews, but Brandon and his team truly made me want to because their work, honesty, and professionalism absolutely deserve it. If I could give more than five stars, I’d gladly give them seven. From the very first visit, Brandon showed incredible patience and professionalism. I had to reschedule multiple times because the dealership wasn’t responding clearly, yet he remained understanding and accommodating throughout the process. Even though their last appointment is normally at 2:00pm for car inspections but he kindly agreed to take my car at 2:30 that day and on top of that he generously gave me about 40% off. That level of flexibility and customer care is rare. Brandon is absolutely amazing, simply outstanding, kind, honest, and incredibly helpful. What truly impressed me is how honest and thorough they are. Their inspections are extremely detailed, and you can genuinely trust their judgment. They clearly explain what’s good, what needs work, and whether a car is actually worth buying or not. I fully trusted his advice. When I brought a second car for inspection, he surprised me by doing it completely free. At first I thought he was joking and not serious at all but he actually meant it. I’ve honestly never seen that kind of generosity and integrity from an auto shop before. For the third car, he again went above and beyond by giving me another discount when he found out that was me again, along with a full report, repair estimates, notes, and honest guidance about whether I should move forward with the purchase. Brandon and his team are professional, trustworthy, detailed, and genuinely kind people. If you’re planning to buy a car and want a pre-purchase inspection you can rely on, this is absolutely the place to go. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Very happy with the overall experience at Evergreen. Brought my newer Jaguar F-Pace in for an oil leak and they diagnosed the problem quickly. They worked with my third party warranty service and got them to cover the part without issue. Ran into some additional issues which caused the car to remain with Evergreen longer than expected; however, Evergreen went above and beyond getting me a quality rental car, handled the issues as promised, and got the car fixed like new. They were professional and helpful and communication was great through the whole process. I would recommend Evergreen Auto for general repairs and service.
