Jim is our go to car support! We’ve taken our two cars there multiple times and he has always been informative with his diagnosis of the issue/the fix, speedy, and affordable. As of late, I called him about our 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee not making any noise as we try to turn it on hoping to set up an appointment to bring it in. Jim being the wizard that he is actually just gave us advice to try on the Jeep before bringing it in to him, we did it, and it worked. Such a great mechanic, we will never go anywhere else! We genuinely wish that we could give him 10/5 stars.

I brought my car in to have a window regulator fixed on Wednesday. It was much harder than it should be. It is now Saturday night and I was promised (just like wed-Friday night) that it would be done. They lack to update you b t the end of the day that the car won’t be done. Ever day I’ve called 3-4 times and every day I’ve been promised it would be done. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen
