Just wow. I was going to hold off writing a review for this establishment. However, after our personal experience with the employees here, and especially now after witnessing another customer be ganged up on by three of the employees at this location I feel it’s absolutely necessary to share my thoughts on this store. My fiancé and I purchased an ignition coil(lifetime warranty) from Oreillys for my car around this time last year. This is after I took my car to a shop to have my engine mounts replaced, the mechanic who did the work on my engine mounts recommended I do a full service on my vehicle. I declined having him do it, as my brother who was a mechanic has always done smaller tune-ups or services for free. So we went ahead and purchased all the parts necessary to do the service. Now less than a year later my vehicle begins to misfire, something it has never done before. We go ahead and pull the engine apart to find that one of the primary coils had completely detached from the core… So my fiancé and I who have recently moved to Marysville, go to the Oreillys here on state. First time he visits the location is to check to see which parts are under warranty. The associate who helped him(sorry I wish I could remember your name) was kind, and informative. He told my fiancée that the ignition coil we had purchased a year earlier was made from a really crappy brand and it was no surprise that it had already failed. Fortunately, it was the only part we had purchased that was still under warranty. We go back a day or two later with the faulty ignition coil and a list of the other parts we just decided to replace since we already had the car torn apart. One of which was my oil cap, which was old and worn, and probably had never been replaced, we had noticed it had just started to leak a very small amount of oil. We meet with one of associates, he is already not friendly from the jump. We begin telling him what we need, give him the broken ignition coil, he’s inspecting it. He decides to diagnose my car, with the very little information he has and comes to the conclusion that the reason the coil has broke and the reason my oil cap is leaking is because my car is overheating and my car had broke the ignition coil… he tells us he will not replace the part under warranty because it won’t fix the problem? Well this wasn’t an problem before I had replaced my factory ignition coil with your cheap plastic ignition coil, that your other associate even agreed was a piece of crap. Also, who the hell gave you the power to decide which parts can be replaced if the manufacturer is the one providing a warranty on their parts? My partner stated we will go elsewhere since he’s not willing to help us. He slams his hand down and somewhat steps in front of us trying to be intimidating, stating that he will call all the local Oreillys and tell them not to help us? Now two of the other employees are also standing near, jumping in and out of the conversation. We are just so confused as to why we are being treated so poorly. This ordeal was absolutely unnecessary. How are you going to diagnose a car you have never set eyes on? After the employees come down from their power trip, we have some more conversation and finally get the part swapped out for a more expensive ignition coil, along with the rest of the parts we came in for. To add, the employee who looks like he might be 13, would not stop trying to diagnose my fiancés mustang. It was brought up in conversation how it also occasionally misfires. It has been looked at by several shops including Ford, no one can figure out what’s wrong with it. Surely an employee at Oreillys won’t be able to diagnose it, sight unseen. Most importantly, we weren’t even in there regarding anything about my fiancés vehicle so kindly shut up. We go in today, the employees are doing the same thing to another customer!? The employees who work at this location need to brush up on their job description! If you want to diagnose peoples cars, get a job at a shop! We will not be returning.

Lorenzo was the best! Not only food he change my headlight twice (my mistake) but he was friendly and took the time to explain things. I'm no good at car repairs even basic stuff like changing a headlight. So 5 stars for Lorenzo and the team. I really hope I got the name right. Go here for anything car related. 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
