They were quick and efficient with the repairs and I've had no issues with the car since. Communication was on point if the car needed anything else while it was disassembled. I was really impressed until I stopped by to ask why I didn't receive an inspection report and my invoice was a "Reprint" with no details about the vehicle's condition, as I had requested from the beginning, especially since I spent quite a bit of money on a first time visit. My advisor was off work the day I stopped by, but the associates there promised that I would get a call and would be taken care of. Feels like they don't really care too much after they receive payment. -A fellow advisor

I took my car in for an oil change and left needing a new engine. It was fine when I brought it in and when I tried to leave, my car was blowing huge clouds of smoke from the exhaust. They claim they have video footage of the whole time my car was in the shop but will not let me see it. They quoted me $13,600 for a new engine and offered me $1,500 to settle. I don't know if I'm more insulted by the lowball offer or the horrible way I was treated. Do not waste your time at this dealership!

Chevrolet of Everett were very quick to help us check our car’s engine. They were able to take our car same day we had our problem, determined the cause quickly, ordered the replacement part and made a repairs in matter of days. Estimate was very reasonable but warranty covered it, so we paid nothing out of pocket. They also changed our oil and filter in the process. We can’t be happier with our experience. Special thanks go to our wonderful service advisor Dan Flora who was very friendly and helpful!

My experience was fine but a few things were odd during the whole process. I came in for an oil change and a recall. I mentioned that the truck is pulling to the right, and it needs an alignment. The advisor said to me there would be a charge for it. Even though my truck is less than a year old and only has 3,500 miles on it, he had to ask another main advisor about the warranty coverage and they said it was covered. The advisor then said, ok I'll get the repair order generated and we'll get the work done. He never gave me any documents to sign, he just said I'll email you a copy of the repair order. I later received a copy of the repair order via email and noticed that the document was signed, but not by me. That wasn't my signature on the repair order. I later got a call saying the truck is ready to go for pickup. I then walked back to the dealership and was never offered a ride back. Once I returned to the dealership I approached my advisor, gave him my name and he just grabbed my keys and said the truck is parked on the other side of the wall. I asked him for my paperwork and he said he'll just email it to me. I went to look for my truck in their parking garage and it took me over 15 minutes to find the truck. Which it was found on the upper portion of the parking garage. 1) the Repair order (legal document) doesn't have my signature (red flag) 2) I have no idea what was done with my truck. No alignment measurement, multi point inspection wasn't explained to me, did they change the oil? I don't know?? 3) having to spend 15 minutes to find my truck in the parking lot? When you spend over 80k on a truck I would expect a little bit better customer service when I bring it into service.

Dustin is great. The actual work is sub par. I've had my car in twice to fix the sunroof and it is still broken. They left grease all over the upholstery and getting a loaner car is a horrible experience.

I drive up from Seattle, passing a few other Chevrolet dealers, just to come here for service on my vehicle. The staff is friendly and their service area is clean! They take the time to tell you what they recommend having done to your vehicle without being pushy about it and their wait time has been great everytime I’ve been there.

My Tahoe when it is cold it struggles to start only when it is cold. I could have bring my Tahoe to Auto Zone and had them check my battery for FREE, but since I purchased my battery from Chevrolet of Everett I would think I would not have to pay any fee for them to check the cold start on my Tahoe. I brought it in they said $190 for a diagnostic charge I was like it is the battery nothing else and they said $190 for them to look at it and if it is the battery they would charge me the difference. Before I signed I said you are going to charge me a diagnostic fee to check my battery that I purchased from you. So I get the call my truck is ready and nothing wrong with the battery he said it passed all the test. I said did you run the test outside in the cold or did you start it up drive it into your bay and then run the cold start test. He said they ran the test in the facility which beats the previous now you started the truck the battery is fully charged so of course it will pass all test since it is not a cold start now. So I picked up my Tahoe was changed $100 plus for you checking my battery I purchased from Chevrolet of Everett when I fell I should not been charged anything at all. Now if I did purchase this battery from Chevrolet of Everett then by all means charge me the fee for the diagnostic check. I understand being charged but if I purchase this battery from you I would think I would not be charged for checking my battery and then they didn’t even check my battery on a cold start and I could have taken my Tahoe to Auto Zone for a battery check. Just like my door on this Tahoe power went out one the driverside door. I brought the car in for you guys to look at it. Yes, I expect to pay a diagnostic fee for you guys to find out what the problem. Then I had you fix it. The time before that running ruff brought it in for you guys to take a look at it. You charge me a diagnostic fee told me what the problem was. I got it fixed by you guys. Easy but this battery thing got me feeling some kind of way. Not happy with the service I gotten from Chevrolet of Everett, will I come back yes because I only have my Chevy Tahoe serviced by a Chevy dealership. Since I have owned this Tahoe 2010 I have only had it serviced at Chevrolet dealership (Roy Robinson) then when my advisor I work with since I purchased this vehicle he retired, so I came to Chevrolet of Everett to find a new advisor to take care of my Tahoe needs and now not sure if this dealership is the right one.

Run from this place. 2 times been there for minor service. First time was a battery issue which they claimed my car had a worn out part and they needed to change it. No records of what they did. I parted with almost 2k higher than initial estimate. Second time was for a regular maintenance and alignment on my Chevy volt, instead of about $800 I parted with almost 2k again and then suddenly my air bags now have issue. They are friendly alright but I worry about the actual work they do. I’ve been driving and having my car serviced for years without needed to do so much “fixes” as I now have to do since I started bringing my car to them. You take your car to them, expect to be told something else got damaged and get ridiculous quotes.

I came for my regular vehicle inspection, oil plus filter change, tire rotation, and had the sparkplugs and windshield wipers replaced. JJ Agag was extremely helpful and made the appointment run smoothly. He even suggested a Lyft to my house and back to Chevrolet which was awesome since I did not have to wait three hours at Chevrolet. Thank You for your kindness, professionalism and expertise!
