From start to finish was 2 weeks. My daughter's car was hit and run while she was at school. We got the car towed to Absolute immediately and even though they were booked out a month, they figure out a way to squeeze us in and got it completely fixed in 2 weeks. It had to get a re-alignment first which they coordinated for us. They did all communication with our insurance and we just paid our deductible when we picked up her nice shiny fully repaired car...super easy process. Glenda was excellent in communicating and updating me all the way through the process. Absolutely the best experience ever!

I had an awesome experience with the shop.They spent a lot of time on the phone with the insurance company.They did their best to meet my timeline, because I needed the car due to job relocation. The only drawback is that the hood takes a little extra effort to get it to close, but as we all know-nothing is perfect in real life.The paint job is awesome.Thank you guys.

This shop was so helpful and did a great job on my Chevy Bolt. Not a lot of auto body shops work on electric vehicles so was happy to find this one. The front office person was so friendly and helpful in advice to get my insurance company to do the right thing. Will always go back, although I hope I never have too.

In December I needed the services of an autobody shop as my wife had hit a post damaging both passenger doors. I contacted several shops but discovered many had been taken over by corporate chains. The ratings were mixed. I settled on Absolute Autobody in Everett because they were good to work with as part of the quote process and their good ratings. I had to wait a couple of weeks for parts to start the repair. Absolute kept in touch and called me when the parts were in. Then completed the repairs in the 2 weeks they estimated. All looked great. A few weeks later my wife noted that a door fender strip was pulling way from the door. I stopped by Absolute and they were great. Said the strip was a dealer installed aftermarket item and they would have to contact the dealer. They took some photos and got a new strip, installed in about 5 minutes when I stopped by. I can highly recommend this shop and appreciated their courtesy and great customer service.

Absolute Auto Body Shop is fantastic. The staff is very professional and helpful. I felt like Glenda was on top of it when it came to the insurance and financial aspect. The maintenance crew was amazing and my car honestly looks better than the day I bought it. It’s beautiful and they even cleaned the interior for me. As a single mom, I couldn’t have asked for anything more helpful than the wonderful service I received at Absolute Auto. I definitely recommend them to everyone.

Had our Honda Ridgeline R/T towed here because it was in a accident. There is a wonderful lady that works behind the counter by the name of Glenda who took good care of our issues and dealt with the insurance company to get everything straightened out. Glenda also made sure to remind me to make sure I got everything out of the vehicle before I left, which was a good thing because my wife's tools were in the back of the truck. Everyone that I came into contact with there was courteous and professional and seemed to have the customers best interest at heart. I would recommend this place to anyone who gets in a accident and has an insurance claim to get back on the road.

The people at the front desk are very nice and helpful-great Customer service. My car was done in the allotted time and looks great, I can’t even tell there was ever an issue. They cleaned my car inside and out and after a week, it’s still smells great. But the really important thing is that it is running great! It was a genuinely good experience working with these people. I would absolutely take my car back to them and tell friends to do the same.

This place is amazing! With me having a rare car they were able to make repairs happen, when other shops wouldn't touch my car. The entire time I was communicated with about what was happening to my car, when parts were ordered, when repairs were being done. They made me feel like me and my car was taken care of above and beyond. Anytime I called and said my name they new exactly who I was, and always a pleasure to talk with even with me being so nervous. Plus when I got the car back it was so clean inside and out! I will be referring to them any time a friend or family needs a good body shop. Five stars is not enough, they need like ten stars.

I shopped around for repair estimates for my 2015 Mazda 3 and got a lot of BS and overinflated pricing. Absolute Auto's estimate was $500 lower than the local competitors. Their work and attention to detail is outstanding and I had my car back in just under 2 days. Glenda provided seemless customer service from start to finish. I could not be more pleased with my overall experience and my car has never looked better!

Got hit in a parking lot (hit and run) they got me in quickly and did a great job, a couple weeks later the bumper was slipping a bit (not their fault the manufacturer clips are weak) and they fixed it for free ASAP as part of their work satisfaction guarantee, 10/10 will go here again and send my friends here. I’ve had the unfortunate pleasure of working with Absolute Auto Body Everett twice in the last 6 months. It’s never fun dealing with accidents and the aftermath, but when you have an amazing shop to take your car to, it makes a world of difference! I originally reached out to a trusted mechanic, Blake at their Lynnwood location, to handle some repairs after another shop threw lipstick on a pig & thankfully, he routed me to their Everett location to be on the schedule more immediately. Boyd & Glenda took over from there - talk about a dream team! They were both extremely knowledgeable and made the repair process streamlined and stress free. A previous shop never replaced a cracked headlight, which ultimately stopped working after 6 months of malfunctioning. They not only did a phenomenal job installing a new headlight but were able to fix the alignment of the body work and remedy some hidden damage left behind. They took excellent care of my car on the second visit as well for a door replacement! Before going to them, it was frustrating to see the imperfections every day & now I walk out to my car and it feels like it’s still fresh off the lot. Thank you to you both and your amazing team for the continued high level of customer service and care from start to finish. I will be recommending your shop to people every chance I get in the future. Truly appreciate everything you’re doing there!

Would give zero stars if I could, absolute nightmare! They were supposed to repair our vehicle, working with our insurance company. Which they were unable to do properly. They could not get the vehicle working. Underbid the work initially... then the vehicle is still in disrepair now at 6 months later. Or insurance company didn't trust that Absolute had repaired the vehicle properly... is now hiring an engineer to see what Absolute did wrong. Absolute is demanding payment on a car that has not been repaired and we have not been allowed access to even see or access in 6 months. I would avoid this place if at all possible!

Absolute Auto body was an absolute joy to work with. They communicated clearly about their process, repaired. My Toyota 4Runner perfectly, and offered me the ability to fix other items on my vehicle... Not just the damage done in the wreck. Their team was wonderful to work with, and they were the fastest available body shop in the Puget Sound area. They return my vehicle detailed and clean, and everything seems to be working perfect. They check to make sure unseen damage was detected and repaired with original parts. And I cannot recommend them enough. The owner and his staff are fantastic and cooperative.

I can’t say enough good things about these folks. From the first phone call to picking up my vehicle, everything was handled professionally and every team member I interacted with was friendly and went above and beyond for me. I was rear ended and had some damage to my lift gate and bumper. I was able to drop off my car within just a couple days of the accident and Glenda at the front desk helped me navigate contacting insurance and arranging a rental car. She even made me tea while I waited & signed papers. My car was repaired and returned to me within a week! And when I picked it up I realized they cleaned my floor mats and wiped down my dashboard for me so my interior was extra clean and smelled great when I picked it up. Such a nice touch! They even replaced a turn signal bulb that had gone out free of charge. These folks truly care about their customers and even though it’s a bit of a drive from where I live, I won’t go anywhere else if I ever need auto repair services. Thank you so much!
