Even though my vehicle ended up being totaled and I didn’t have the repairs done through Top Tier Collision, I still want to say how extremely happy I am with their service and support. They are incredibly knowledgeable, fair, and always work with the customer’s best interest in mind. What truly sets them apart is how helpful they are when it comes to dealing with insurance companies. They made sure I understood everything clearly and looked out for me during a process that can often feel confusing and overwhelming. The office staff is fantastic—especially Becca, who was absolutely amazing. She was prompt, supportive, and walked me through every step, making sure I was never left in the dark. Becca in the office was amazing she let me know step by step how things where going with my husbands car, and if something was delayed she immediately reached out and let us know the details and why. Communication here is on point and I love it. Conner the owner is really nice and he made sure my husbands car looked amazing when we got it back. These ppl took the extra time to even detail my husbands car.. like what.. yeah, others don’t do that. My husbands car looked brand new and the inside looked and smelt great as well. Top tier collision will continue to have my service and my husband’s service when and if things happen to our cars in the future. Last month I was vacationing out in Everett Washington and was involved in a accident. Not being from the area Top Tier Collision was referred to me by the tow truck driver. Connor went above and beyond with my LX570. While I was at work, some kid hit my car (hit and run) but thankfully I had a witness that left a note on my car with all the details. Immediately after the incident, they let me come in even though it was right at closing time and get a quote and got the quote to me the same day. Not only are they super helpful but the work was top notch and my suv looks amazing! I will only be getting our vehicles body work from Top Tier Collision! Connor was so patient with my requests and concerns and he even sent me regular updates while it was in the shop, definitely helped with ease of mind. This was my first time using Top Tier Collision and I have nothing but good things to say. I took my car in due to a recent accident. They offered sound advise when navigating the use of insurance or working with the 3rd party. They were communicative, professional, easy to work with, and provided excellent service. Connor and his team of Auto body technicians at top tier collision did an amazing job on my 1978 Corvette it's like it just rolled out of the showroom in 1978. they were able to match the color exactly and the decals and all the original emblems even found a new bumper. The quality of the paint color match was perfect👏💯I would highly recommend their service whether you're doing a full restoration or repainting the entire car or just getting some fender bender fixed you can count on them too give you a square deal & top quality work. I had my Fiat 500 Abarth painted and several chips repaired at Top Tier Collision, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The quality of their work is outstanding. The paint looks flawless, and every chip was completely taken care of. What really impressed me was that they offered a much more affordable price than other body shops I checked, yet they didn’t cut any corners on quality or attention to detail. The job did take a little longer than originally quoted, but it was well worth the wait for the level of care and craftsmanship they put in. The team was professional, honest, and clearly takes pride in what they do. I’d absolutely recommend Top Tier Collision to anyone who wants top-notch work without the inflated prices.

I am looking for an autobody shop to do work on my 2015 Golf R. I heard some people have had great experience with this shop. The last autobody shop, a Fix Auto location, did a terrible job on my car. Over spray on rims, paint cracking later on…over spray on my hatch gas shock. They didn’t mask off at all and the bondo work was terrible! Top Tier Autobody, from people I know, does not cut corners or do poor work. They take pride in doing an excellent job on repairing your vehicle and I heard they warranty it as well. After my husband had a great experience here, I felt compelled to write a good review because I am currently having to go back to a fix auto location because their repair job is cracking! Go to Top Tier, avoid the headache of other autobody shops doing bad work. Top tier has competitive pricing and not only does the owner know his stuff with cars, the receptionist is a car enthusiast herself. Their passion shows in their work. And if you pay out of pocket, they won’t rip you off either. I know from the experience of people I know. And I give this shoutout because I wish someone would have recommended me a shop before I went to the wrong one.

After a dent was put on my passenger side door from a parking lot incident, I made several visits to multiple body shops. Top Tier was just a cut above the rest as I was made to feel like I was visiting my next door neighbor. (A good thing) The quote seemed reasonable, even though it was the insurance company's to deal with. After advising them I chose them, an appointment was made and I took it to them that day. I was told it would be a few days as long as things went ok. There was some communication glitches that occurred between Top Tier and the insurance company which I truly believe that someone on the insurance side fell asleep at the wheel. At any rate, it was done a week later and not only was the dented rear door repaired and painted, but the front door was painted as well to make a perfect match and the entire truck was washed and detailed inside and out! I thought I was getting a brand new truck back! I recommend this establishment to anyone. 👍👍

The team at Top Tier is second to none. It starts with the folks on the desk, who will be processing every bit of paperwork insurance throws at them with precision and the kind of care people usually only reserve for their own things. They will help you schedule your estimate in advance, body work is in high demand so I don’t suggest walk ups. Phone calls were always answered quickly when I had to contact them. They will work to estimate your bill based on your preferred type of repair. If you want aftermarket tell them, if you insist on saving money using used parts, tell them! They will work with you. The results they pull from back behind the curtain in the body shop is nothing short of magic. Their paint team is mother fluffing EXCEPTIONAL at color matching! Some colors are easier than others sure, but when you’re talking a 6 year old metallic white color that spent the first half of its life baking in the Arizona sun before moving to Seattle, it’s a nightmare to get it right. Just try to match a boat gel coat repair and you’ll see what I mean. White isn’t always white, and there are so many ways to mess it up. Not this team. They are so good I bring my vehicle to them for any body or paint issue now, I will never take my baby to another shop, she will go on a flatbed to Top Tier if I move away. It’s that serious. I wanted to get some extra paint work done recently so I brought it back, and they even fixed small issues with their original work UNDER WARRANTY that I didn’t even think to ask for. Yes, they honor their warranty and stand behind their work. Who does that anymore?!?!?! You get work of the highest quality, with the kind of service business’ everywhere used to value. I had an issue with my 2014 Mustang GT500 where the rear tires being very wide rubbed on the inside of my fenders to the point of melting and chipping the paint off of the edges. It happened due to four people in the car with luggage and the car being too lowered. I was recommended Top Tier from my go-to mechanic shop, Top Spec, and I got a quote from them as well as quotes from other autobody shops. Not only was top-tier competitive with their pricing, they were half the price of Absolute Autobody. And they even painted and installed a pair of Ford OEM side scoops I got from the dealership a couple months ago. I had decided that I wanted to have them installed at the same time as my fenders that I was getting repaired. So not only was Top Tier more competitive with their pricing, they included the side scoop install with the repair and did a wonderful job on my car. Becca at the front desk was very communicative. And Connor, who did the walk around with my car gave me an excellent explanation of the process that they were going to do to repair the vehicle. The color of my car is a ruby red metallic with a tinted clear coat. It is a tri-coat color. And one of the harder ones to paint match. Top Tier had no problem doing a superb job making sure the repaired areas matched well. They are friendly and they have a nice waiting room that is much more accommodating than the Fix Auto Autobody locations and other autobody shops I have been too. They also just added onto their current building and the business is expanding and becoming a very capable facility to take on any repair needs you have. Whether you’re looking to spice up your car or get a collision repair, Top Tier will take care of you and if you’re paying out of the pocket like I did, they won’t break the bank like some autobody shops will. I will be back. I’m so happy to have found my autobody shop of choice. Being from San Diego when I moved up here a year ago and needed to get a clutch installed on my Mustang, I went around to six different shops, getting quotes trying to figure out the best mechanic to go to. I do my research with shops because I’m an car enthusiast with more than one vehicle. From my research, Top Tier is one of, if not the best option, in the Everett/Seattle area to go to for collision repair or giving your vehicle a new look!

My Daughter and son-in-law go here. Very good shop! Price better than competitors in area. No garbage body work done here. Its owner run and quality work. Take care of business. Who give 1 review and when they offer warranty and fix for you!? Owner respond offering to fix problem on Dana review, or “Tom” whatever name is. If you actually get fix and have problem, then they take care of it! Seem like fake review. Anyway good shop. Get quotes, do your own research, you see.
