The short story is that these guys are great and they fixed my car. I can't recommend them enough. The long story is that I took my 2011 Subaru Impreza to both the Subaru dealership I bought it from and the "Subaru experts" on Everett Ave. and neither one of them could figure out what was wrong. My car kept dying randomly and no one--NO ONE--at the subaru specialists could figure it out. Dude at Northwest Subie Specialists said that he'd charge me something like $3000 to run a full diagnostic on my car to figure it out because whatever the problem was was "highly unusual." Fast forward to me bringing it to Alix and Ahmed at Everett Auto Service: they took one look at it and figured out it was the negative battery terminal harness, they helped me find the part on Ebay, and they swapped it out in less than an hour and guess what? PROBLEM SOLVED.

Super quick accurate estimate for a new radiator for my 2000 Dodge Durango. Twas the lowest of the 3 quotes I got between ED's and Bucky's. Dropped the car off at 9am and done by 1:00pm with a brand new radiator and NO more overheating! So happy with the service I received. Alix treated me with respect and was super kind towards my children even after one of them broke his displayed model cars. Highly recommend!

Wow, what service. Our RV trailer brakes were not working and we were heading to Calif. I called all a round and finally talked with Ahmed and Alix and told them that we needed help. They said to come on in. In about an hour they had it fixed. What a great set of humans. Thank you guys for helping us get to California safely and on a Saturday. My 1966 Mustang broke down on a Tuesday afternoon. I called this shop after 4pm. 2 mechanics came over and got my started. It was having an idle, carburator and hot start issue. These guys were so nice and helpful. They didn't even want to charge me! It's so rare these days to get such amazing service.... Especially in a pinch. I am so thankful for them (I believe it was Ahmed and JT). They even adjusted my idle to ensure it would get me home. Thank you so much!!!

Ahmed is absolutely fantastic! My car died late in the evening, and I urgently needed it ready for a trip the next morning. Ahmed went way above and beyond to help me. Even though it was almost closing time, he stayed late, guided me to get the correct batteries, and made sure everything was installed properly. He was incredibly patient, explained everything clearly, and made what could have been a stressful and frustrating situation completely manageable. His professionalism, honesty, and genuine care for his customers really stand out. I just moved to Washington, and thanks to Ahmed, I’ve finally found my go-to auto service. It is hard picking a mechanic from a list with your eyes closed. Not knowing who, exactly, will be working on your car. If they have your best interests at heart or if they are going to try and milk you for money. Alix and his crew are top notch. I went to him with an Evap issue on my Ford Escape. He tried to save me money the initial repair, which I appreciated, stating it would be hard to tell if the job needed to have all or just some of the components replaced. He worked quickly with me and got the issue resolved. When the issue resurfaced, we agreed the other half of the components needed to be replaced as well. He could have easily sold me on the entire job to start & myself knowing nothing about cars would have paid for the full service. The fact that he thought he didn’t need to replace everything (even despite ultimately needing to) told me that he was looking at my issue from my point of view and not from the point of view of a mechanic so just wanted to make a buck. I greatly appreciate Alix and his team for their hard work. If you’re looking for a local mechanic who will work with you to solve your issues, look no further. I would give 6 stars, but Google only lets me give 5 Thanks again, Alix!! I will definitely be back for future service
