Sorry, Dave. This review is long overdue. The work was done a couple months ago. This man was easy to get in contact with, easy to talk to, straight forward about pricing (cheap btw), available fast and even nicer in person. The list goes on. I dropped my car off in the morning for front wheel bearing replacements. He told me it'll be ready late afternoon but was actually ready just after noon. He told me a couple other things wrong with the car that need attention but was not pushy about selling it to me. I like this guy, his work and the way he operates. I love that he's in my neighborhood. We need more people like this in this field. I wish him a prosperous and successful career.

David is that guy, came in for a simple headlight fix and he found and showed me exactly what was wrong. He went out of his way and got the part i needed, drove me to the atm to get cash and gave me a good price for everything. All around definitely a go to shop if you want things done right. AVOID ALL COST!! I came here for battery problem and pulley for $520 they replaced it, no problem. Days later the brakes don't work so I go to Jay. He stated for the brake booster and cylinder it's $1000 they replaced it, no problem. Days later the brake don't work I go to Jay. He states it's the ECU. So I asked what happened to the first time you fixed my brake? He says "I need to bleed the ABS system." and he also stated "When you get into an accident the ABS comes on." I asked if he used a scan tool. He tells me he has a $500 scan tool. I come there myself to see a $15 scan tool from Amazon with cracks I asked where was the communication with my car, he tells me "I have to go pay my phone from cricket, they cut it off" I asked when is the car going to be done, he says tomorrow. I uber, the place doesn't match the address where the shop is located. I called him he tells me he's at AutoZone. Few days later he said "I used your emergency brake the other day." More days later he said "The dealer replaced the parts with a sports van" and he wants me to buy the ECU myself. I said shouldn't you have replaced the ECU than the 2 parts? He says those parts were "legitimate." I asked him when the car is going to be done? he said "Tomorrow", "Monday", "Tuesday", "Saturday", "He'll call you". All you had to do was say it'll take some time so come at this day I've came back to this shop more than 4 times. And I believe he wants me to get in an accident by messing with the transmission so he can charge more money. My car been sitting in the shop for a month When I asked where was the communication. Not only it was cricket but his shop. He said "You can do anything to his shop there's cameras." BEWARE and expect the same coming from a local mechanic behind the gas station located 16701 NW 42nd Ave, Opa-locka, FL 33055 Correct your review and stop scamming people for their money
