My car doesn’t look like the front or the back was ever smashed in. They did an AMAZING job on my car!!!! From Leonor(front desk), Richelle(service representative), Eddy(Bodywork), to Gabriel(GM) THEY TOOK CARE OF ME LIKE I WAS A FAMILY MEMBER!! They all ensured that their part was done. Leonor answered and transferred my calls to get updates on my car. Richelle called at least twice a week to fill me in on the progress. Eddy and his team made my car look-like new!! Gabriel stepped in to help with my concern about extending my rental but it wasn’t needed due to my car being ready as promised!! This is NOT a paid review, I’m just a very satisfied customer that had service from a business that exceeded my expectations for their outstanding service and repairs.
