paid 640 dollars for ac compressor and fan to be replaced, while we were in town , went home the same week , and the air conditioner stopped working , took it my mechanic here in town and he said the parts used were not even new nor could he trace it to a manufacturer and the parts were now blown vbecause he did not do the job properly and basically just slapped the parts on.

I have been running this place 30 plus years and not once have I had a complaint from anyone who has walked in to my shop. Every time someone leaves my shop I tell them if theirs any problem come back and I will help you at any given moment. Now if you're from out of town and you came by my shop while in town to get something fixed and then leave while heading back to where you came from their is nothing I am able to do for you.

This dealership promised me a new car. I insisted on purchasing a different car and they said the “title was bad,” only to sell me a car that completely broke down within one day!! After begging for my money back, they insist that the “car is under warranty with the ford dealership,” and it has now been sitting at ford for 2 months and they still refuse to give back my money! When I told them they need to check the engine they looked at me like I was crazy just for the car to break down as I was driving. They have been trying to secretly communicate with Ford without involving me. I suggest NO BODY GO HERE FOR ANYTHING. THEY ARE COMMITTING FRAUD.
