I had a great experience thanks a mill to Dylon … may car just kept powering off and I had no clue my battery on the car was dying and again I had no clue what to do and he talked me all the way through! Sun. JAN. 11 Team working closed 15 minutes early although hours posted online and on the store doors said it should be open until 9pm. There were at least 2 team members working that locked the doors and would not let people in. They weren't restocking or doing anything other than waiting for closing time. I just needed a headlight bulb so that I can drive safety and not get a ticket. I hope the other team members do not do the same.

Woke up with a dead car battery holidays in full swing, and I don't get paid until Friday. It was one of those moments where everything feels heavy and poorly timed, and honestly, I didn't need one more thing to go wrong. What I did need—without even realizing it-was kindness. Ms. Lisa Bradley, Mr. Eddie Williams, and Christopher R. (or maybe angels?) showed up for me in a way that restored something I didn't even know I had lost. From the very beginning, there was no judgment, no rush, no indifference, just genuine care. The words “We're just here to help" aren’t ONLY words here. They didn't just solve a problem, they saw me. So this is more than a store. This is a place, a reminder that people still show up for each other, and that sometimes the difference between despair and peace is simply being met with understanding. I left with more than a working car.

⸻ I visited AutoZone on Thursday, February 12, 2026, to purchase a battery for my key fob. I already had the old battery in my hand and simply asked the associate at the front desk if they sold replacement key batteries. Instead of just answering the question, she immediately responded that they do not open keys or install the batteries — which I did not ask her to do. As I was about to show her the battery I needed to replace, she walked away from the counter mid-conversation. The store was not busy at the time; there was only one other customer being helped. The interaction felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude. Customer service and basic courtesy go a long way. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I chose to walk out and will not be revisiting this location.
