I arrived at the auto center to change my tires. I was LITERALLY the ONLY car in sight, the guy could have helped me in those 17 minutes I had but told me that he was sweeping and couldn't be bothered apparently 🤷🏾‍♀️. Welp, it's Walmart, what can one expect. Not many humans exist on this planet

First time coming to this auto care center from Walmart cause of my car battery drained with me and my wife ; got a jump start , And got recommended this place to come , and the cashier O. Tee looked out for me , and he went above and beyond I’m forever grateful , cool person . I appreciate his service . Very straight forward , and honest .. I respect that 5 stars !!

The people here are so helpful! OT and Jorge did whatever they could to get me back on the road. I arrived with a bad battery in my car hoping to get it changed. There were no technicians available to remove the old battery from the car and I’m just a girl so there’s no way I was doing it. It was a Saturday which my dad warned me about lol but they tried their best to get someone to change the battery for me. They were in communication with me the whole time and while it took a bit longer than I expected I’m so glad I was able to get the battery changed. Shoutout to OT for giving me advice on my car and keeping me informed. Highly recommend

I go there all the time for the past 2 years they been hired a bunch of unprofessional people so rude direspectful no customer service the manager stilll nice however they will not be getting my money anymore when you go they ask you to make an appt but there is never one available at your must conveniece they make you wait hours for a simple oil change now i go to pepboy same price faster and very profesional .

I got an oil change on my car on August 8th 2025, they messed it up and did not seal the drain cap properly and everything leaked and the car stalled. I spent over $800 for repair and the total was around $1000 since i did not have a car for 3 days and needed to uber everywhere and make alternate arrangements for weekend travel which was already planned. I called the auto care center but they are not answering the phone and there is no place to file a claim or complaint. Very shitty service, they clearly dont care enough about their job to do it properly and I have to pay the price for it. If anyone from this walmart auto care center sees this, I want to file a complaint and get a refund of all my money. For any customers, never go here, waste of time, rather go to a shop which actually specializes in auto care. I would give 0 stars but it wont let me, these guys dont even deserve 1 star for the damage they caused!!!!

Cannot say enough good things about this auto care center! After some issues with my tire order D Jerry and OT made sure to resolve the issue immediately and helped me reschedule my installation appointment. OT was extremely patient, listened to the issue I was having and gave me a call back multiple times to help me find my tires. Wade worked on my car and was exceptional especially as I have run flat tires and it was not a normal tire installation. It was clear the staff really care about their customers and want to ensure they leave with all their car issues resolved. Cannot thank them enough!

I was honestly a bit skeptical about getting my tire replaced at Walmart, but I’m really glad I did. OT in the auto service department was excellent—he got me in and out with no issues, right on time. The whole process was fast, smooth, and way better than I expected. Great service!

Extremely slow. Came to swap out an old battery. Only about 2 people in line people at the counter took over half an hour per person. Only wanted to hand them a battery and pay for the one I came for. It's not complicated and this should be a high speed transaction like any other. Very disappointed in the speed. The only reason it gets the single star in forced to provide is because the battery was so cheap and the car only drives about 3 miles a week so I need something cheap

Ordered a set of replacement tires for a Mercedes E450—a very standard car—and they told me they didn't have the equipment to put on the tires, so I'd have to pick them up or cancel the order... How in God's name does an auto center not have the equipment to change the tires on a standard-size wheel??

It was very affordable, with synthetic oil the price came out to around $70 including tax. It was convenient for me to drop my car off & get some shopping done while my oil was getting changed.

It’s a shame!!! Walmart should have the best reviews…..but because things like this will never will get an OK review. People, I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. I got there 38 minutes before my appointment for an oil change. They prioritize other cars with better $$$$$$ gain. Two an half hours later my car wasn’t finish. I got up twice and asked for my keys…. I even doubted they did my oil change right. Also, if you go for new tires, make sure they don’t add warranties without asking to inflate the price. The workers have metrics and they force them to do certain things.

A mess the Haitian lady is very rude and no one is ever at the counter leaving customers standing around looking confused and walking out. It took over 2 hours to put on 4 new tires after I already paid and had the tires shipped. This place is slow and organized. I definitely won’t waste my time or another 3 hrs waiting

This error didn't just cause a leak; it forced me to pay an additional $300 for the necessary repairs. ​To make matters worse, the oil spilled onto the parking lot, leading to a $100 fine from my home association. ​In short, a simple service turned into a $400 headache due to their professional negligence. The fundamental job they were paid to do was not just done poorly—it directly caused damage and subsequent penalties.
