BEWARE, THE WORST PAINT JOB! DO NOT HAVE YOUR CAR PAINTED WITH AUTO PAINTING USA! THEY ARE SO BAD THEY WARN YOU IN THIER CONTRACT THAT THERE WILL BE IMPERFECTIONS! I INCLUDED THEIR VERBAGE FROM CONTRACT IN PICTURES. MY PICTURES ALL SPEAK FOR THIERSELVES! Overspray everywhere! Inside door, wheel well, trunk, handle, front windshield, drips and missing screws just to name a few of the issues. When I confronted employee (Jeffrey) after being told to wait for 2hours his exact words were (that is all normal for our paintjobs and walked away). Speaking with the owner's daughter (Holly) got me nowhere. They tried to smear and clean up, but the entire thing was still a mess! $2,000 later, multiple visits, plus 2 weeks of car rental because of their mistakes and Holly did nothing to make it right! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

These guys did a great job, I have a 2007 Honda crv paint was very faded and the black plastic on the bottom was no longer black very bad shape, went to pickup my car and went right by it didn’t recognize it, came out great.I’ll post some pictures of the car before and after.

Did a great job on my car, just bad communication skills. That is why I took away a star. Don't trust what they say even if they wrote it on paper. Let me clarify, they did an awesome job on my car, but I was leaving town that week and asked them to finish the job beforehand (the employee wrote it on the paper in front of me). I dropped the car on Mon, and asked to pick it up on Wednesday and when I called on Wed they told me they didn't even start come Fri, but I was leaving thru with the car. So I told them to forget it I was going to pick it up as is, they don't have to even start on it. They said okay, then a minute later they called me back and said they will start on it today (Wed) and it will be ready for pickup tomorrow (Thu). On Thu I called them and another guy says it hasn't been painted yet, but it is being painted as we speak. Safe to say, I had no choice but to pick it up on Friday and lost a whole day traveling. But again great job on the painting.

I’ll tell the story exactly as it happened. I took my prized 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser there for a whole new paint scheme. It was a very tricky process but when they finished it looked great. I found a few areas that needed correction. The team took care of that immediately. I’m thrilled with the new look 💯 A big thanks for all the efforts of Brandon , Alexis and especially Heather. These guys did a fabulous job. They encourage you to get a second estimate. They have the best prices and quality of work is great. I was getting estimates from 1600-3500. I got it for 1k whole car painted with a small dent removed.. They even buffed my headlights for free. Highly recommended.

I took my sons 2014 KIA optima to get the hood painted but decided to paint the entire car instead. I’m very glad that I did because it looks fantastic! If your looking a good paint job, Auto Painting USA can definitely do the job! We get a 5 year warranty against cracking Fading and peeling and the color was matched perfectly. Alex, Brandon and their crew were very professional and friendly. A fantastic experience overall! I highly recommend them !

Updated 10/25 Thank you for your response. I need to clarify something important. We are talking about a 2015 vehicle that I painted with your company in 2024 — by that time, the paint defect on Hyundai Sonatas was already widely known, especially among professionals in the auto painting business. In fact, when I came to your shop, your own staff told me it was a common issue with this model, so it’s not accurate to say that the problem was unknown at the time. Also, I was never told that surface preparation was not included in the premium paint service or that it would require an additional payment later. All I was shown was a list with paint options and their prices. As a customer, I trusted that a “premium paint with warranty” meant full coverage, not hidden extra costs. This lack of clear communication at the time of sale is exactly what makes this situation unacceptable and why I still stand by my original review. -------------- I had my car painted with the premium paint that was recommended as more durable and covered by warranty. After only one year, the paint on the roof started peeling. When I went back, I was told this type of roof will always peel — something never disclosed when I was sold the premium option. On top of that, they expected me to pay again for preparation, despite the warranty. This is unacceptable. Customers deserve honesty and accountability, not misleading recommendations. I do not recommend this company.

Highly recommend them! The paint on the roof of my Honda HRV started peeling due to factory defects concerning the pearl white paint. My boyfriend tried to fix the ‘small’ spot that later turned into a bigger spot when removing the automotive masking tape (it peeled the paint right off). Anyway these guys got it handled with a turnaround of 24 hours, the price was right and you can’t beat the lifetime warranty. My car is looking right again! Thank you!!

I took my 2007 Toyota 4Runner on 4/13/24 to get painted and ford and Nico assured me they would get the job done as soon as possible. They were very professional with the details about the job. I was amazed how quickly they were able to get it done they started Monday and I was able to pick it up Thursday 4/18/24 around 3 PM. I walked right past my vehicle and didn’t recognize it until ford told me that my truck. I am very impressed and satisfied with the job and for the price you can never go wrong. I must say ford was very professional with all the details about what they were doing. I would highly recommend auto paint USA in Hialeah Miami Gardens on 57 Avenue. I am very pleased and satisfied with the work done.

My car had dents and scratches and alot of sun damage. After getting a 5k a 3k for repainting it and a 2k and 1.5k for just buffing and touching it up when we arrived at paint USA Jeffrey was super welcoming and friendly and gave us a repainting quote of 1.6k that we couldn’t refused and it only took 3 days, our car looks brand new and they even took care of all the dents and scratches. We also had the chance to change the paint color of our car without extra cost and we are super pleased with Jeffrey and with Paint USA, for going above and beyond customer service. We definitely recommend them to our family and fiends.
