Yesterday, I had made the grave mistake of going through a construction zone and had my windshield busted on my new baby. After trying to go through insurance, I was quoted over $1k and had to wait for an appointment for Safelite. Given how I had glass in my car, I didn't want to wait. I found Auto Glass Now and they were able to take me in asap, give me a discount, get my sensors calibrated, and had my car ready before the end of the day! My total was half my quote from Safelite! Mr. Charles and Ms. Taylor are absolutely phenomenal and I highly recommend them.

Taylor was so sweet and so kind! My crack on my windshield was very difficult and she was still able to get it fixed. No wait time she took care of me immediately and it was right before they close some as well. So thankful that she was able to take care of me. I had my windshield and rear windows replaced in my Ram 2500 Laramie mega cab. I took my truck there and dropped it off early in the morning. I get a call a few hours later. They replaced the windshield but the back glass was going to be a day late. They got it in and replaced it. Good to go. About a week after the replacement I started to notice things. Black rtv on my interior. Broken glass scattered all in the back of my cab and under the seat. The carpet along the back wall wasnt installed in the window channel and was just hanging in the back. Also 3 out of 6 plastic hooks were broken. I'll NEVER GO BACK and WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AVIOD AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! On a good note the lady at the counter was AWESOME, KIND, RESPECTFUL, and VERY HELPFUL.

Super easy to schedule and the people that work in there are so nice! I had to wait there while my windshield got replaced and the kind woman at the desk (I cannot remember her name, I’m so sorry) turned on curious George for my kiddos without me even asking! She even asked if my oldest could have a chocolate bar out of the kindness of her heart! The service was speedy too! It only took 45 minutes in total to get my windshield replaced! Very great experience and very nice people!
