They got me in and out in about 90 minutes which was nice. However the seal job on my windshield is subpar at best, I can tell just by looking at it. It's squishing through into the cab in several spots, and I was told on the phone that I would have a lifetime warranty against leaks - that being said, after they installed the glass they told me since they found (and repaired) a couple small rust spots in the pinch weld, that voids the warranty. Honestly I wish I would've spent the extra $50 to go to Omaha Glass Pro, and I'm not confident this windshield seal will keep water out.

*EDITED REVIEW* We reached out to the email provided and they took care of everything! Redid the windshield and it looks SO much better. They also fixed the speaker. Thank you for reaching out and fixing up the sloppiness. I just wish it was done correctly the first time.. **Sloppy Rear Windshield Work** WOW. I cannot believe this place!!!! My little sister took her car in and she came back with a BLOWN SPEAKER and a mess in her car (photo with the glass was after she had already cleaned up). What kind of professionalism is that? It’s not just some generic sound system either it’s a Bose sound system. I’m shocked. She said she spoke to the guy about it and he said it’s not their fault??? Sir. This speaker was fully functional when she drove the vehicle in, so tell me again how it is not your fault? Went in for a replacement rear window and it’s not even correctly placed!! When you turn, you can hear the glass shift. Poorly sealed and the work looks so sloppy. To top it all off.. they left glass pieces inside the car and black hand prints on the beige interior.. such a disappointing experience.

Although the glass was replaced in a timely fashion, the installer did not have the "correct tape" (his words) to finish the seal on the edge of the windshield. He said he would be back and 3 weeks later, the job has not been completed. I'm hoping my windshield doesn't leak without the seal properly finished 🙁

They told me to come in on December 11th, and that it's "first come first served". They open at 8 AM, I arrived at 7:30 AM to ensure I was first or maybe even second. Nope. My truck wasn't taken in until 11 AM. They told me it would only take 1 to 2 hours when I arrived. I spent 5 hours in the waiting room, with zero communication from the front desk or service providers. People that came after me were served and out of there before me. Waiting area was dirty as well. I then asked if they had a restroom I could use, the lady handed me a key to it and said it was around the back. The door was unlocked and there was a man smoking a cigarette in there. The bathroom floor had urine all over it with the smell being intensified by a space heater. No towels, no soap, and clearly hadn't been cleaned in weeks or months. Finally my truck was done, I go to get inside and they didnt put my rear view mirror back and also busted the antenna off my truck without saying anything. I went back inside to ask what happened and they were like "oh yeah oops we can order in a new one." Worst experience.

I’d had my windshield replaced in September, and I noticed a crack down the middle. I’d texted Glenn right away, and he was able to get my car back in and get it replaced again since it was a manufacturer defect. They even picked up my car and got it done within a couple of days! I’m absolutely blown away by the excellent customer service provided by these guys, and I will continue to use them for any vehicle glass replacement!

When the technician arrived, I unlocked my vehicle to remove a Tolltag and oil change sticker from the windshield so I KNOW my driver's side seat was not broken. When he was done, I opened the driver's side door and noticed the seat was broken! When I questioned him about it, he denied being inside my vehicle! However, before the installation, he told me I needed to leave both sides unlocked. WHY would I need to keep my vehicle unlocked if he didn't need to get inside at some point? ALSO, when I looked inside, the rear view mirror was completely faced towards the passenger seat! That means he was inside the vehicle to move the rear view mirror. Would definitely NOT recommend this company!! Safelite is a little more money, but definitely a more reputable and ethical company.

By far worst service I ever had. Told hour to 2 hours max. Called after waiting 2 hours and they say it will be done at 3:30. 4 hrs later it’s 3:30 and my car still sitting in same place I parked it. Ask when will it be done and the lady responded with when we call you. Another 2 hours pass and I finally get call car is done and ready for pick up. After picking up car, I noticed they didn’t put trim pieces back on my rear view mirror. Will never choose this company again.

The Front Desk gals were both very helpful and nice. But not impressed with the work my back glass keeps cracking and making noises and popping which I’m hoping is just it’s settling some. But they literally just pushed all the glass right in the back hatch and left it there I was expecting it to be vacuumed out or cleaned up to some degree They didn’t even pretend to try to clean it And now my sensors in my vehicle are going crazy. My door locks are going on and off and my front collision sensor is stuck on. All things I’ve never had problems with before They said I could bring it back and they would take a look at it if it needs cleaned or not, but I’ve already been inconvenienced and without a vehicle so I really don’t want to give it back to them overall, I would recommend just going somewhere else
