THEY PUT MY 14 YEAR OLD PITTED WINDSHIELD BACK IN MY CAR AFTER I REQUESTED A NEW ONE. TOLD HOW MUCH THE WINDSHIELD WAS GOING TO BE. ON TOP OF THAT THE WINDOW IS DIRTIER THAN IT WAS BEFORE. THEY DIDNT PUT A DROP OF GLASS CLEANER ON MY WINDSHIELD. TERRIBLE.

I am so glad Auto Glass Now took over the other company. He was a very nice guy to help with our windshield after the other company didn't do a very good job because the rubber molding was coming off from the windshield he did a great job fixing it !!🙂 Also the next Day the owner called to see if everything was ok and if we were happy with the service. What company calls the day after your service. Now that's great customer service!! Recommend 10 out of 10!!

Top notch service from the phone call to schedule the appointment, to the vehicle drop off and the install. Had an 8 am appointment dropped my car off about 7:50 was greeted the moment I opened the door and maybe 25 minutes later my car was all set and ready to go. I am not happy at all with the services I got from this place. The fat I paid out of pocket and I got my car back with a loud noise when my car gets locked . The plastic to the inside of the two driver side doors where ripped out when I didn’t even need that ripped out so when that snow storm came the inside of my car got wet 😡 they even messed up with a screwdriver a piece to my door and even broke the hinges to it so it doesn’t clip back on. I got three different prices for my car and I didn’t even get a receipt from them. When he was done with the work I told him leave the car keys with my step mother . The guy went and left them with a minor …. Then we couldn’t even find the keys which is ridiculous he didn’t seem to follow any rules didn’t give anyone any paperwork it receipt I had to call them to get an email . I went to the shop on Friday and the car was still making a noise and when I tot them about the plastic instead of fixing what was hanging out the car they just threw it away completely… I’m even missing my bulb to my car door when the car had it before they did my glass … Then tried to keep me shut by giving me the cheapest to the cheapest wipers that don’t even cost 20$ like cmon now I still owe 9,000$ on my car you think I wanna deal with this noise going forward when my car wasn’t make that noise before my car was in the hands of this business … I’m glad I didn’t do all my windows with them as I had 5 broken glass and western ma auto glass did an amazing job . You ever want good work done with high professionals go to WESTERN MA AUTO GLASS on Dickinson and ask for candido!!! Amazing person great prices and he’s very clean with his work. Had I known I would of saved myself 700$ for three windows and all this mess and broken plastic and pieces to my door. I have reached out to cooperate and they shall pay for the damages they are having me face . This is ridiculous…. Photos provided as well
