Had my chip in my truck windshield fixed in 15 mins so the crack wouldn’t spread. I will be back to get my other fully cracked windshield replaced! They are the most reasonably priced auto glass shop I could find. They can you a future quote over the phone for your make and model like they did with me.

If y'all need a windshield replacement DO NOT go to Auto Glass Now in Fort Smith. They had the best reviews on Google so I'm shocked that this was our experience. We dropped my car off on Friday to get my windshield replaced. Right before we left we noticed what appeared to be chips in the glass. We counted over 20 surface chips in the glass. Whoever we spoke to confirmed these were surface chips & offered us $150 back or a replacement windshield. We asked for the new windshield. We dropped my car off AGAIN on Monday morning for the replacement. When my car was ready to be picked up they called my husband & let him know there were at least 10 chips in this new windshield & only offered to replace the windshield again. We took my car AGAIN today, Tuesday. My husband inspected the glass before installation & everything looked good. Well guess what?! When we go to pick it up the windshield has at least 4 chips in it... My windshield has been replaced 3 times in less than a week & they have not offered to refund us the full amount so we can take our business elsewhere. The guy was starting to get agitated & offered us no solution so my husband just left. I guess we will figure it out through corporate instead. It makes me wonder how many other customers have left with chips in their NEW windshield & just didn't notice. I've been referred to Mr Auto Glass by countless others. I will take my business there in the future.

Just met up with Auto Glass Now Ft Smith, AR. Called me and met in parking lot with easy access to put in a Right side front glass for my Freightliner Cascadia. The glass tech Josh was easy going and a personable guy. Got the job done in less than a half hour talking and answering questions the whole time. This is what a good, experienced glass guy does. It was great experience from initial Contact, scheduling, appointment verification, and installation!! For a little extra they came to my house to fix the windshield! It proved to be a little stubborn coming out, but the service tech stayed on task and prevailed. The new one is great. No leaks or concerns. The customer service, quality product and professionalism was top notch! I highly recommend this company! They were reasonably priced, great customer service and they offer (if you are the area that qualifies) the service at your home!

I came here on Monday, May 12th, 2025, to get the windshield replaced on my semi truck. Unfortunately, they had been sent the wrong windshield for my truck. I had to reschedule and come back the next day. No worries. Not a big deal at all. As soon as I got there, they got right on my truck and had me ready to go in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone. They did great work, and their prices are reasonable.

Not only was he willing to price match any competitor, but he also gave me an additional discount for having to reschedule because his schedule was packed. When I arrived on our schedule day. He was extremely friendly, fast, courteous, and installed at a very professional and perfect level. I also left my phone behind in the waiting room and he was nice enough to come back and open the shop with a remote so I could get my phone. talk about customer service. It’s nice to find someone who really Cares he has made me a customer for life.

My experience with AGN was unique to say the least. I had a new windshield put in 3 times in a week time period. I did not get pictures of the first 2 pieces of glass, but the first piece had 21 surface chips in it. The second piece had 10 surface chips in it. Now the third and final piece had 4 surface chips in it. They wouldn't do anything for me after the third piece of glass, but it is still disheartening. When you get new glass you are expecting to pay for a pristine piece of glass so you can go and get your own chips in it driving behind a semi truck. Such is life. The only reason for a 2 star is they did work with me on the first 2 pieces of glass. My experience may be different than yours, however.
