Those guys are the best , I bought a pick up truck from them , truck drive smooth and with no issues for 5 months. Like out of no where one day the truck was acting weird like something wrong with he engine , I know it’s a used truck it will at some point have issues! But you know when you invest some hard earned money , you want your investment to live longer… so long story short I called the store and explained what’s going on with the truck ,Omar right away told me to drop it off and they will look in to it and let me know what’s going on. Today he callled me and reminded me that when I first bought the truck I did invest in an extended warranty too that I completely forgot that I have. He told me not to worry everything will be taking care of . I was really amazed about the honesty and the true people they are. Thank you Omar thank you Auto Globe you saved my day. For all of you folks reading that , if you buy a car or a truck don’t forget to buy an extended warranty with and only buy from those guys !!!!! They are the best !!!!!!!!!!

I had an absolutely horrendous experience at Auto Globe. The staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. They charged me exorbitantly for a minor repair and when I questioned the bill, they responded with nonsensical excuses and treated me like I was at fault for asking. As a student, I expected some understanding, but instead, they took advantage of my situation and overcharged me without any remorse. When I tried to get clarity on the charges, they became defensive and dismissive. Their customer service is non-existent, and they have no regard for customer satisfaction or transparency. It's clear they prioritize making a quick buck over providing honest service. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of Auto Globe. They are dishonest, exploitative, and have no respect for their customers. There are plenty of reputable repair shops in New Bedford that value their customers and provide fair pricing and quality service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Believe me, if your looking for a nice clean vehicle with very affordable prices and an awesome staff, look no further, go to Auto Globe asap! I chose a vehicle and the next day I was driving it home. Eli, my salesman was honest and kept to his word on every detail! Chris is amazing, he'll work out a deal with his lenders and will get you approved for a monthly payment you can afford, even if your credit is below par. He's very personable and truly cares about his customers, and met me and my wife outside when we picked up our vehicle, he was just as exited as we were. Jessica, the Administrator, is very friendly and helps Chris out with all the documents he needs. Also they have an awesome service staff that work diligently on repairs. I've worked with other dealerships and Auto Globe exceeds them all, that's the honest truth. I could go on and on about how great this place is, go there first when your looking for vehicle and see for yourself, you'll be glad you did, for real. I would rate Auto Globe a 10 if I could.
