I normally do not leave reviews, however this warranted one. My car’s driver’s seat belt would latch anytime I put on the brakes and choke me. This went on for weeks, so we went to our reliable Auto Intensive Care to repair it. They made every attempt to fix the issue, but when we showed them the problem, they were not able to recreate it. I’m writing this because they worked very hard to recreate and fix the problem, BUT would not take any payment for their efforts! I will continue to always use them because they are trustworthy, reasonable and efficient!

I got an oil change done and had a wonderful experience. Work was done quickly and the staff there are all so kind. While i sat and waited i overheard employees talking to other customers and you could tell how much they cared for each and every one of their customers. I have had nothing but great experiences with them and would highly recommend auto intensive!!

This is a very disappointing review to provide as it’s my 1st negative review ever. However, this cost us $1900. One night my truck simply did not start. I never had any issues with it prior, no sign of anything failing until a sudden no start. It wasn’t a sign of the starter, or battery or alternator. Once Motor Medics had it, we trusted them to do their due diligence in the proper diagnostics to remedy the issue. They said it was the fuel pump, and I figured they did the proper testing to diagnose. Wrong. They replaced the pump, I went to pick the truck up and it did the same thing as before they had it. Wouldn’t start. We asked if they checked the fuel pump control module, no answer. A weekend no truck, but today they replaced the fuel pump control module and hey it works. They still charged us full price for the labor on the fuel pump, even after logical argument that they didn’t fix the precise issue the 1st time. They took us… a military family here on orders. All they said was they could replace the old fuel pump. How is this service for the customer who was over a week without a truck because of their negligence to properly diagnose a simple fix? It’s excusable when they are reasonable and eat the labor for their wrong doing. Don’t put mistakes on the customers shoulders. Ashamed I put my trust in them for the year we have been there. I praised them months ago, and can’t believe this is how we were treated.

Efficient, great at not going over time they quoted me. There was definitely NOT enough staff when I was checking in…this is the 2nd time I’ve waited 10ish minutes to just get checked in. Overall, I like this place and trust them with the maintenance of my SUV.

Back in March I had a check engine light come on in my Chevy 1500. After a 300 dollar diagnostic they told me it needed new spark plugs and 3 coil packs and a fuel induction service. They charged me around 3000 for this basic fix but I had no other option. When I received my truck back my light immediately went back off and it was running much worse. I pulled over at the store and realized they had left my air line unhooked that runs to the engine from the intake. On further inspection they also left the the cover for my coils and plugs off never got it back. Had to take it to another mechanic. It was never the spark plugs it was a fuel injector issue. They quoted 5000 for that. So badically paid 3000 dollars for nothing. The people in the office are awesome and nice but you'll be overcharged and my truck left in much worse condition. Im still struggling with fuel injectors 5 months later. I think the fuel induction service they did messed something up. My truck ran fine before it just had a check engine light come on. Its given me crap ever since bringing it there. I wouldnt recommend.

Took my truck in for an inspection, came back with a lot of work and the guys at AIC took care of it in less than a week. Let me use an embarrassingly small courtesy car in the mean time to humble myself lol (very appreciative to even have a car to borrow). Quick, efficient, and communicative. Highly recommend these guys. Shout out to Rob especially for his excellent customer service.

I was in town for work and had an oil cooler line leaking, and needed it repaired ASAP. I was referred to Mike at Auto Intensive Care and they were able to get me in with no notice, get the repair taken care of quickly and very reasonably priced and get me back on the road. I can't recommend this place enough! Thanks again guys!

The A/C in my car went out in the dead heat of July and I needed it fixed fast. As first time customer at Auto Intensive Care, I was so pleased with my experience. Mike, Tim and the team were able to quickly fix the issue and kept me posted on the progress while my vehicle was being serviced. Everyone was extremely professional and very accommodating. It's so refreshing to find an auto shop with such kind and professional folks offering excellent customer service. This shop is a real gem! Thank you so much! We will certainly be back and will be sure to tell our friends and family as well!

Auto Intensive Care is AWESOME!!! We had a radiator problem on the highway and was towed here. Thank goodness this is where they brought us! They went out of their way to pick up our new radiator and get us back on the road on the same day. Everyone there treated us so nicely. We couldn’t be more thankful. We highly recommend them!!!

I had taken my car to another mechanic and they said $8000 to repair. What?!! Three people referred me to Auto Intensive Care, so I went there. I’m so glad I did! They were phenomenal… not only were they honest, but completed the repair on my car for $2000. Thank you Tim and your team for being good people in a rather sketchy profession. Auto Intensive Care is the place to go for all your vehicle needs. PM

Good place to recommend to someone you DON’T like. Dropped off my bronco to be checked for electrical issues causing it to not start randomly. They called me and told me it was “fixed”. Charged me a few hundred for the repairs and when I got there to pick it up, it wouldn’t start! Had to wait in the office while they figured something out then I was told it was fine to drive home. I drove it three times before it left me stranded again with the same problem. I was told I could bring it into the shop where they kept it a few days then called me and told me they couldn’t get it to replicate. They never truly fixed the issues and didn’t even offer a refund. It was a waste of time and money.

With a 17 year old SUV finding a reliable place to keep it operating at its best is vitally important. We’ve had Auto Intensive Care repair head gasket leaks, transaxle replacement, and brake replacements. They were reasonably priced and communicated well throughout the work. I hope we won’t need them any time soon but won’t hesitate to call them if something needs repairing.

We were on a trip from Ohio to Florida when the brakes on our vehicle became a major issue. We had reservations in Savannah for the night so we began calling auto shops for any availability. Auto Intensive Care was able to get us in the following morning. Rob was our contact person and he served us with kindness and integrity from start to finish. Even our assigned mechanic was committed to getting the job done that day so we could get back on the road. We often hear stories of strangers being taken advantage of in these situations. There was not a hint of that here. Thank you for a job well done!

I had a pre-purchase vehicle inspection done at this shop, which cost me $300. However, they only identified some issues that I could have noticed myself. After I completed the purchase, the battery failed, and when I went to replace the tires, the technician told me that the brakes also needed to be replaced. According to the inspection report they provided, both the battery and the brakes were in good condition. Instead, they only pointed out issues like the lights, sun visor, and windshield wipers—things that are not critical—and quoted an unreasonably high repair cost for them. I’m not surprised at all that they refused to admit their mistake — they even said I’m not a real person.

I originally had my vehicle towed in for steering issues, was quoted $2,500+ for a replacement of steering rack, pinions, and outer tie rods. I paid, and was relatively happy with my service, but disappointed by the pricing- I'm not familiar enough with the work completed to compare, however. This week, I took it in again for issues with the blower motor and resistor, and was quoted over $800+ for a replacement of said parts- one that other shops quoted for $600 or less. I declined the service, opting to take it elsewhere, but still paid a $197 fee- $167 diagnostic fee, and $33 for 'shop parts' (no work had been done, just the glove box panel removed). When picking up the vehicle, however, none of the glove box components had been replaced and instead was left in my floor board and passenger seat- seemingly leaving me to repair the issue, after paying $200 for a 15-20 minute diagnostic. I have went on to replace JUST the resistor, a $30 part, in my garage- resolving the issue completely. I am incredibly disappointed with my service and the treatment of my vehicle, despite previous work.

We recently had the team at Auto Intensive work on our Fiat 500X as well as our Ford Transit 350 camper van. Their communication was exceptional. Let me know all along the process what the issues were and what else they'd recommend after inspecting my vehicles. The work was done in a very timely manner, and all issues were fixed. Definitely my go to place from now on for my automotive repairs.
