High regard for this place. I have a hybrid, Prius, and took it to the dealer for general maintenance. When I went to pick it up they said it needed over $1200 repairs. I decided to get a second opinion and took it to Auto Masters. After the diagnostic, the gentleman said if it was his car he would not do anything at all. Highly recommend as an honest auto shop. Due to this confidence, we purchased a used vehicle from them and again were not disappointed.

Great customer service and quick too! Went in for a headlight replacement and they were able to do it on the spot. Not only that, but I had my Husky with me and they allowed me to bring her into the shop while I waited. Wow! That certainly wasn’t necessary but definitely appreciated, especially in this cold. Recently had a alternator replaced here, it was very labor intensive with the location. It took them approximately 8hrs when originally told 3 which is fine. The issue that I had was the tech forgot to reinstall radiator hose clamp which left us stranded for hours waiting on a tow truck. But the next morning they hopped right on our vehicle and fixed the issues and ran it through a battery of test to make sure everything was working correctly.

Courteous, helpful..We very much appreciated the shuttle service, getting our car back and forth from our house to the Service Center.these guys are great!... they're upfront, . timely, respectful, reasonably prices, talented, qualified, they get the job DONE! They are vested in providing service.... just look inside the shop... equipment, facilities and technicians.. service desk is staffed with respectful, friendly , upfront guys that ask" How can we help you, today?"

In the middle of a 16hr + drive from Galveston, TX to Nebraska with a toddler we had to stop because our brakes made a pop noise and made further travel impossible. A quick call to Auto Masters to make sure we could even get in and we found the quickest tow we could. The gentlemen at the shop were very polite and helpful. They identified the issue within 10mins of us being at the shop and got us fixed and back on the road within an hour. Honestly couldn't be more thankful for not just the repair, but the patience and kindness that came with it.

Communication and time efficiency are first rate. I’m happy so far. Time will tell. At this point, after a pretty big job done, I plan on using them again when the time comes. Auto mechanics is a virtual mine field so to say I’m pleased with the service, price, and results enough that I will return is a big deal. They’ve earned a measure of confidence and I am grateful for that. It’s close to my home which is another plus. They will drive you home and then come back to get you if needed which speaks to their earnestness. I recommend you try them. I sincerely doubt you’ll find a better place for your car repair needs.

I used Auto Masters for the first time and am really happy with them. My AC was having problems and they misdiagnosed it the first time. After an experience with another garage in Derby doing something similar with my CV joint in the past and telling me to just go home and "wait until it clicks more," I expected the worst. They took my car back, put two weeks of work into it to get to the bottom of the problem and fixed it with no additional charge. I feel like I've found a place that stands behind their work. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place that does quality work and makes you feel confident that you made the right choice. ❤️

Good Price and Fast Service! Took my Work van in to have the rear Shocks replaced. Staff was very friendly and upfront. They even drove me home and picked me up when the work was done, which was done fast (less than 4 hours). Van is driving smooth and no more excessive bouncing, hard slamming or crunching and crunching sounds!! Very happy and will be back for future repairs!

The front suspension and service on my abs and traction control dash lights was done in a day. They found a problem that was mis diagnosed by another shop. They did give me a loner car but it didn't seem it would get me back to home 35 miles, so they switched it out for me. The service persons were courteous and helpful. We had a slight problem but was fixed and compensated, prices were lower than the other shop. Will recommend.

I paid $650 to get my heater core replaced. I picked my vehicle up, loaded up and drove out of town. Around 4 hours into my trip, my vehicle broke down. The heater core quick release clamps were aftermarket and too big AND they put in 3 shims on one of the clamps. 10 hours later, I was able to get back in the road. I called Auto Masters asking for compensation, they NEVER called me back. Would not recommend a place that uses shims and wrong size parts. I lost all the antifreeze and just about blew the motor.

Literally came in here to have both of my headlights lamp replace for a 2019 Jeep. The techs were stupendous and outstanding and even the front office. They understood what was going on and they were very trustworthy and kind. And to be honest I would recommend this place for any car services you need. Despite what other people say everyone has their opinion but for me these guys were honest and that's what felt honest to bring my work to them. Just a simple test was done and I appreciate it to the max
