Tires were 20 dollars per tire more expensive than tire rack, inexperienced mechanics that could not balance the wheels and tires after 3 attempts, took it to my usual mechanic and found excessive weights used and improper balance. Attempted to get me to pay for diagnostic and labor hours on a claimed steering wheel play that I could not feel despite failing to resolve balance issues.

TRUSTWOTHY: We took a family member here to get her tires checked because one of them was losing air, and he checked them and repaired only one and made sure all the rest were in good shape. It was only $35, and he never tried to upsell or make it more expensive than it needed to be.I really appreciate the good quality work they do here and honesty. I will definitely take all of my business here. 10 stars!!!

I have a 2015 corvette with huge run flats. I used to go to Big O which always had problems mounting my tires. I mean real problems and massive complaints. They finally scratched the heck out of my rims the last time. Took all subsequent tires to Bill and no complaints at all. Said no big deal if you know what you are doing. Reasonable prices, great service. Highly recommended plus supporting a small local business. And you can get supplies at the oak barrel next store while you are there. Also great pho restaurant across the street while you wait.

Auto options really goes above and beyond! I recently had them change my spare tire, but when it turned out my truck was missing the tool to lower the spare tire they spent an hour of extra time welding one together out of rebar. Amazing place, amazing people!

Neither Bill nor Mark know how to fix a Prius, instead of telling me it is time to have a manufactures recommended transmission rebuild they just send me out with a $210 oil change and tell me everything is done and ready to go. Bill can see on car fax what is due for my Prius -I cannot!!!!!. And bill flat out, (pun intended) told me nothing else was showing for recommended repairs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I should sue Bill.
