Usually the service is great but this go around was the worst customer service and the slowest worst repair ever. Office never kept in contact with me to update me with my vehicle. I had to call them after keeping my car a whole day and then finally got it. Halfway fixed and left items up under my car and components were loose. I never got an apology or anything. I was very patient with them and all I got was excuses. I will never go back here again. I would not even bring a bicycle to get serviced over here.

These guys rock! We were headed to FL on the 4th of July for a wedding, and had a blowout on the expressway. Thankfully, these guys were open. They replaced the tire in record time and got us back on the road. They were such a pleasure to deal with. I’d give them 10 stars if I could.

I am disappointed, I paid a large amount of money to get my car fix and I was under the impression and understanding that I could wait on the other item that needed to be fixed at a later date, (seeing as how this problem that I came in for was more serious than the small oil leak) We agreed I could handle that later. So I moved ahead in paying for what was most important. The very next day my car was back smoking again with the same problem. I called the owner and he said, “I told you that I did not know how long it would be before that other problem would need to be fixed…” The “other problem” that we discussed is not the reason why the car was smoking the next day. The problem is what I paid for didn’t get fixed. There is no way if those parts were put on the car and it was fixed that it would still be having those same issues smoking and running hot the very next day after leaving the shop…

They repaired what I already had repaired and charged me ridiculous cost of expense. They didn’t know what they were doing. I would have most likely got screwed out some money. I’m glad my cousin went & got it because what I look like paying all that money $1400 to get a 1997 Chevy suburban out the shop and another $1000 to get it running when it may not even be reliable. If I’m going to pay that kind of money getting a car fixed I might as well put that money down towards a new car. My intuition told me cut my losses and I did. Luckily my cousin saved it from getting crushed. He got it back running & it belongs to him now. It’s in good hands. It was my moms truck and she died in 2011. Meanwhile I’m still in need of a vehicle.
