I wrecked my car last january and they tried to give it back to me with the seatbelt deployed and the airbag sensor warning. i confronted them and they said insurance said it couldn’t be from the accident even though it was 100% from the accident. then i was upset because why not contact me and ask me about it? then they took the car back and fixed my seatbelt, but said airbag sensor part was on back order but my car was safe to drive and that they would call me when they got it in, that was february 2024. months go by, i hear nothing. i take the initiative and call maybe july/august and ask. they tell me it’ll be two more weeks before it comes in and that they would call. would you be surprised if i told you they didn’t ? i called about a month later and still no answer. by december i decided to show up in person. i didn’t get any answers at first but they said the people that would know were on vacation. i waited two weeks after that and heard nothing, so i decided to show up again. finally we scheduled an appointment on january 20th to have it fixed, over a whole year after the original accident. something that should’ve allegedly only taken “a couple of hours to do”. it’s january 21st, i still don’t have my car back. it’s genuinely a pain in the ass to contact them. i’ve called them 6-7 times in the past two days to try and get an update and the only time they answered was when i made my mom call them for me. at this point i just want my car back.
