Recently, I had a highly impressive experience with the service I received for my Genesis vehicle, which was on a completely different level compared to my previous experiences with other collision centers. In particular, Service Advisor Skyler was incredibly courteous and provided detailed explanations. Despite it being after business hours, he responded to emails and calls with the utmost professionalism, which gave me great confidence. This experience has convinced me that, moving forward, I will always use this center for any future company vehicle repairs. Thank you again.

WOW! Be prepared. It may take months to get your vehicle back to you? It took almost 6 months to get mine back. As I try to stay optimistic and positive, communication was OK once I had to call and check on my vehicle. I had not heard from caliber for 3 months? WOW. Once I made the call to check on my vehicle, I was told that parts were no longer available for my vehicle. Then I had to go to work for caliber, going online to find the parts needed to repair the damage. I understand that I was not their only customer. Then I had to find more parts for my vehicle that caliber could not find! WOW! 6 months with out your vehicle kind of sucks! I have to say from my experience I would not recommend caliber? sorry. Adjuster, manager told me he would get me a quote on other work I requested. I never got that quote. very Poor.

I brought my vehicle to Caliber Collision in Montgomery, LA. to fix the damages. I was promised delivery by the following Monday. Monday I received no calls and when I called, no one answered. Called again from a different PH # and call was answered immediately. Was told my rep was not onsite and could not give me any information regarding my vehicle. I get a call Tuesday morning from Curtis, telling me my car will be done by 11 am. then it was 1pm and finally was 330pm. I get there and my car still stripped open. When I finally get my vehicle, I noticed the front assist/early warning system was not working. I reported this to the representative and was told it could be checked at a franchise in New Orleans where I live(Caliber Collision is not in the New Orleans area). Then, I found a paint drip and dirt painted over on the back passenger door. The next day my front passenger door open pull level came loose and the door will not open from inside. Body molding on the bottom front passenger side is not flush. For safety reasons I immediately brought my car to Volkswagen for them to fix the auto assist/early warning system. The cost for this was $345.68. There they also found that the back passenger door control module had been broken and put back on with double sided tape. This is still not fixed because the part is $455.40. This does not include $290 for labor.

Did not complete job as promised. They took over a month before they started working. Then changed the delivery date to cover the delay. Very disappointed and frustrated trying to get them to do what they agreed to do. Pictures of the paint on the windows when it was released back to me.

If you are looking for an excellent customer experience and outstanding service than look no further than caliber collision. These guys are the top tier of customer support and performance professionals when it comes to the automotive industry. I have been all over the country during my career and unfortunately accidents do happen. During those times in the past the last thing you want to worry about is issues with your service provider and it can be rough. This team has fully impressed me with their service and customer service. I would be doing a disservice to not recommend them to everybody in need of their assistance. Caliber Collision had my car from December 11, 2025 to January 16, 2026 for an insurance collision claim, and the experience was terrible from start to finish. The entire time I was given excuses instead of progress — workers were sick, they only had one painter, etc. Meanwhile, my car just sat there. Despite having my vehicle for over a month, they didn’t even bother to coordinate a windshield replacement while it was already in their possession. Completely unacceptable. To top it off, the Friday before a major holiday, they called me at around 4:00 PM to say my car was ready and that they closed at 5:00 PM. Very unprofessional. When I picked it up, the car hadn’t even been detailed. This place lacks organization, accountability, and basic customer service. I am totally dissatisfied and would never use Caliber Collision again. I would not recommend them to anyone.
