Got stranded in Montgomery early Friday morning. I called many mobile mechanics in the area that’s another story to tell. I finally come upon Insane auto repair Saturday morning called and he came right on. He find the issue which was a bad alternator took the old one out we went to the auto store I bought the new one and I was back on the road in under a hour. Contacted DeVaris after my mom’s car stopped on the highway, he was very responsive, and attentive. He offered to come out that night however, my mom wanted an appointment for the following morning. He scheduled the appointment, and arrived the following morning on time. He explained to mom what would be done and completed the repairs. Stopped to fuel up truck wouldnt start , googled mobile mechanic Insane auto repair showed so I called him he was there in no time diagnosed that the starter was bad. All parts stores were closed, he agreed to take me my wife and 2 dogs to a hotel for the night then returned the next morning to take us back to our truck and put new starter on he definitely went above and beyond . Very resonable on labor cost and good person !!

⸻ 5 Stars – A True Roadside Hero! We were traveling from Florida to Illinois when our engine light and “TRAC OFF” light suddenly came on while driving up I-65. Our car went into limp mode—towing a trailer with two dogs and no air conditioning in sight. We called the local Toyota dealership, and they were absolutely no help—just told us to call a tow truck. Desperate for real assistance, I did a quick Google search and found Insane Auto Repair LLC. They were open 24 hours (a total lifesaver) and it was almost 5:00 PM, so I knew this was our only shot. I called and explained our situation. The man on the phone asked me to text our location and vehicle details and said he’d try to have someone there in 30 minutes. We ran to O’Reilly’s to get the diagnostic codes and sent everything over. Sure enough, Joe showed up within 30 minutes—just like he said he would—and had us back on the road in less than 10 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and most importantly—he showed up when no one else would. I cannot imagine how our night would’ve gone stuck at a gas station in the heat with no idea what to do next. Joe and Insane Auto Repair saved us, our trip, and our sanity. We broke down outside of Montgomery AL, coasted to a parking place off the highway. We called the next day, got an immediate response. Darveous met us out there, ran diagnostics. Took us to get the part and helped us get back to our hotel. He communicated along the way, we ebnded up needing a new part….
