The staff at Sexton Tire Pros were A-1! Both Representatives at the front counter searched very diligently to get me a full set of tires in an emergency situation, at an affordable price, when I could no longer wait out until February to get new ones. They were kind, professional, and gave me a realistic timeframe when I could possibly get my car back. I was not expecting to get my car back the same day, but they were able to work me in! I have seen many entitled, rude, and impatient people come into this establishment, and demand service for a car like it is a fast food restaurant. If you are at dire straits with your vehicle, and you think your problem is the only one in the world, then you probably think this place didn’t give you great service. But if you are patient, understanding, realistic, and observe their parking lot, then you’ll see that Sexton Tire Pros in Montgomery is one of the best places in Montgomery to get great tier service! I recommend that you at least start with them, when shopping around for tires. And even if you may get a better price elsewhere, just ask questions, because their customer service (if applicable to your situation) is worth “possibly” paying a slightly hire rate for tires.
