Oh my goodness. I had originally made an appointment at pep boys but they weren't open even though the site said they were so I drove down the street to Sexton and the receptionist was SO sweet (her name is Katelyn) they patched my tire in record time and I seriously could not have asked for a better experience.

Sexton tires 🛞 was a very unusual experience! I took a chance of driving all over town looking to buy a set of tires for my truck “ which are an odd size “. When I walked in I was met by a sweet happy,and courteous lady. I asked if I could get a set of tires 🛞 that fit my truck, unfortunately they didn’t have them . She looked up other stores to see if any of them had any “ that blew my mind “ . I’ve never had a store willing to send me to someone at another company to buy from another store. By the time I got through running around town looking for whatever needed is the woman told me that the warehouse had been closed at 12 o’clock Saturday. So I had her order me a set of tires for that Monday. She called me early Monday morning, and I told them I wanted to change sizes of the tires. . I got the tires i wanted , and they were done in about 20 minutes. “ Which blew my mind”. Usually tire stores take very long to have tires changed out.. The moral of this story is, I will be shopping at Sexton tires again!

Many thanks to Sexton Tire Service Monday afternoon in meeting my need for evaluation of a sudden flat tire the day before leaving for a 3-day trip. I depend on my car for ministry and value safety. I'm 65, work full time, I live 45 minutes from work. All my immediate family is with the Lord. They pick up my car from my place of employment, service my car while I am at work & bring it back. It is a HUGE blessing they do this. I have very little spare time. Im sure they may not can do this for every customer. They do their job well & are kind. Went for a diagnostic, even though I knew the initial problem. Had visited several auto mechanics, the man at the front desk, John, was professional and courteous. Diagnostic yielded that my fuel injector and the spark plug were the issue. Then, my thermostat and a component for my computer system needed replacing. The total work time was exactly a week. They even had my car finished before the end-of-work day. My vehicle runs smoothly, they have the best price for diagnosis, parts, and labour. Military/family friendly.

I have recently moved to Montgomery Alabama from Boston Ma. I recently experience two days of my tire going flat. I knew I may have a slow leak so I googled a tire repair shop in my neighborhood and I knew the street Sexton Tire and Auto was on so drove to them. As I walked into the store to ask about service I was greeted with much friendly hostility. I ended up having to buy a new tire. One of the managers came out to speak to me and I was able to ask him questions about replacing the other three tires. After he explained what I need to do next I knew I would be coming back to have my tires replaced. I have a new home for all my car needs. Thank you Lord the Toyota dealership will not see me again.

I always go to Sexton’s for my Auto Service. They always go above and beyond. I am a single female and a lot of mechanics and such take advantage of the fact that I don’t know about cars and Sexton’s does not do that. This particular time I had to have several things done in the price was going to be a lot and they worked with me to find some alternatives so that it would not cost so much. They are a local, family business and that is the way they run their business. I recommend them to my friends all the time.

I noticed my tires kept reading that they were low. I saw that I had a screw in one of my back tires and wasn’t sure where I should take it in town because I am new from Nashville. I found this place on Zelda Road easy to get in and out of the people here are super nice and it was free to have my tire plugged and all air in tires. This place is great and will be coming back whenever I have any problems with my tires. I would recommend this place 10 out of 10.
