I choose Precion body and paint because it was highly rated by google. I was in an accident. They repaired my SUV and when I returned to pick it up I saw some scuffs in the paint also some grit which I brought to the owners attention. He quickly told me no problem we’ll take care of it just bring it back because the paint job is too new. I said ok sure. I took it home and noticed the bumper one was side was crooked and the fender was loose. I also noticed that there was a scratch on my car. It was not there before. I immediately sent the owner a video of the scratch and bumper. I return to the shop and show him the scratch and he says it didn’t happen at his shop and he would have noticed it if it did. He also told me I would have to deal with the crooked bumper and loose fender but checked the opposite side and saw that it was aligned and tight fitted so he stated he would get some fasteners for it. I explained that I took a video of my car after the accident and it wasn’t there. He ignored me and told me he was done discussing that. He fixed the bumper and buffed the grit from the paint. But they did not fix the scratch that was done while in his possession. He told me he knows how to move cars in and out of the shop to avoid damage. I’m disappointed because my car is a new car less than 5 months old He even extended himself to fix a chip that was on the driver side stating oh that’s no problem we can fix that we’ll just dap that with some of the excess paint that was left over. When I returned it was a different story. He did buff the driver door but now there are scratches on the passenger door. I’m truly disappointed in that work and will pay to fix the damage the were done while in their possession. I would not ever take any car I own back there. I no longer trust them as a service provider.

I have known the owner of Precision Paint and Body, Scott Baldwin, for close to 20 years. He has done an over and beyond job on everything we’ve taken him. He is a perfectionist and cares about his customers. Highly recommend him for your paint and body needs.

Overall Great experience, Le'Ann and Scott were great. Moved here a couple months ago and someone hit me on my birthday, first accident ever and they made crazy experience easier on me and my issurance company as well. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

I have to say Scott and Sharon made a very bad day not so bad. I was literally in and out with a rental car in about 15 minutes. Sharon kept me updated on the progress of my car and Scott went above and beyond to handle everything with my insurance company. Just can not say enough about them... Also let's not forget the guys in the back that did a absolutely amazing job on my car.. I actually cried when they pulled her to the front... Thank you so much and believe me I will be back I'm sure.

Great guy and great service. Went in to get an estimate on my bumper and Scott Baldwin was very helpful. Took about 5 minutes for him to look at the damage and come up with a quote. He's a great guy who only wants to help you and not rip you off like other shops. I highly recommend this body shop, definitely the best one in Montgomery by far!!

Customer Service Alert: I called one place about getting plastic on a car window until the part could be ordered. Chhhiiillleee they acted as if I was bothering them. Ohhhh but when I called PRECISION BODY AND PAINT to ask the same questions, the lady on the phone was SOOOO KIND! She told me the wrap would have to be ordered, but it will be in tomorrow. She stated she would call me as soon as it arrives. Today, she followed up and did exactly what she said. I like that! ❤️ So, I took my son’s car to get the quick plastic wrap for the window. Y’all won’t believe this. The tech, Olden, asked if I ordered a new window. I said, No, the window is in there but I think the window motor is not working. Guess what? Olden said, we’ll do better than the plastic wrap. He said let me get the window up for you. It won’t be a problem. I said sure. Y’all, they went above and beyond my expectations! My boyfriend and I had someone hit our car where we lived so we went to a few places to get quotes. Precision Body and Paint was easy to get to as well as cheaper price wise. Scott and his crew took great care of us from getting a quote to actually getting the work done. They helped us with a loaner car and for that we were grateful. All I can say is they did an amazing job and we will definitely go back if we ever need to get work or paint done.

I had an excellent experience here. My wife hit my car when pulling in to park next to me (not her fault, cancer drugs cause pain in her joints and her elbow locked up). Anyway, she had previously taken her car to another location that did good work, and she wanted to take hers there. I did so, but that location's quote on my car seemed extravagant. The damage to my car was minor - nothing they couldn't sand off and repaint. There was no need to replace the damaged panel. I took mine to a second place that also wanted to replace the panel. Finally, I took it to Precision. Immediately, they said there was no need to replace the panel, and he could buff it out and repaint it. I saved about 35-40% taking it there due to that, and the work was fantastic - you'd never know there was any damage to it. So - this place is honest (again, the panel did not need to be replaced and I'm sure the other locations said it did just to up the cost). And, to top it off, since he had the paint, the owner/operator also touched up a door ding I had from someone else's door slamming into mine in a parking lot. You can barely notice that now, and he threw that in for free. Overall, could not be more pleased. Very good work, good people, oh - and on time as well.... they completed the work as estimated (both the price and time estimate). Highly recommend.

I would like everyone possible to read this review of my experience at Precision Body and Paint, on Atlanta Hwy. I brought my 2018 Silverado Truck to Precision on February 8, 2019, the front was badly damaged. The reception at Precision was excellent, I felt so relaxed, Scott and Sharon couldn't have been any better with their politeness and smile. This was during a time when no one else had a date, other than 3 weeks or more, before they could take my truck for repair. But Precision did, and they had my truck back in a week. Great service, would recommend Precision to anyone looking for great service!!

My Ford Focus was hit in the driver side rear quarter panel, and some of the rear door. Precision took the car in, and the only thing I suggested was "please take your time". They did just that but in a good way! They made sure that all the metal panels and paint was just right. In the end they returned my car just the way it looked from before the accident. I really couldn't be happier with their service. As a small business worker I understand we have to set your business apart from the other guys in our city. These guys get it!

I've dealt with Scott for several years and I can't say enough about how good of a person he is. He and his staff members have always been friendly and helpful. They always act in a professional manner and treat everyone with respect. I've never had a complaint to make about work that has been completed by this company. As a matter of fact I'm waiting now to get one of my cars in now to be repaired. So far so good. I shopped about 8 different body shops in local area. Chico was the worst. I met Chico himself. His first few words were " don't lie to me". The estimate was almost 3 times the estimate at Precision. I'm taking my car in to Precision today. Precision quoted me a fair price and a reasonable time for repair. I have a 10 year old car with 150,000 miles on it. I take excellent care of it. I had a small fender bender and decided to go to a smaller repair shop who has been in business for many years, I chose Precision Body and Paint. The staff was very professional and handled all the insurance communication and finished the repairs when promised. Then work was A-ONE as my car was restored as if new. Impressive service from start to finish! I obtained 2 quotes from auto body shops and the other one was a little higher. I chose this establishment though because of the excellent friendly service. My 2001 Honda Civic was parked in a friend’s driveway while visiting and he backed out of his garage rear-ending the front of my car, causing damage to 2 panels that needed replacing. The work was completed in 5 days, much sooner than expected. An added bonus was a free loaner car offered during the repairs that saved time and expense of renting a car to get to my job. I’m very thankful for this and their excellent work! The car looks great now! They even cleaned the interior and washed the outside too. Amazing how smooth the whole process was and couldn’t be happier! Giving the highest recommendation to anyone needing auto body or paint work done.
