Zac was nice till he wasn't. My Grandson had to return wheels and rims cause they were slinging rocks on to his windows and rear view mirrors. When I called Zac, he made me out a liar , he said that couldn't happen. Well obviously it can, the wheels protruded from the wheel well so the wheels were catching the gravel and slinging it! Their contract says you can return them but they get kinda snippy when you do. My Grandson returned them within three days and when I asked for a partial refund on the $400 down payment, Zac said no. Bottom line, do not recommend, RUN somewhere else.

The manger went above and beyond for my granddaughter she just purchased her first car and it needed two rear tires and he sold her two slightly used tires that looked like new. These guys put wheels and tires on a friend of mine’s Suburban. It was stressed to them not to put tires on that were too big. They did it anyway and it caused damage to the vehicle. They were informed and have made absolutely no effort to correct the issue. Initially said “oh no problem, we’ll take care of it”. However when it came time to pay, completely different attitude. They have ignored us. Tried every way not to take responsibility. I would not recommend them to anyone. We all make mistakes, just have to own them and do the right thing. These people don’t practice that. I guess maybe we will let a judge decide.

I have never been to a tire shop like this! They go above beyond just selling you tires! They make you feel like family and another thing I ain’t never been to a tire shop or even the dealership that gives you presents too when they finish putting your tires on either! Please don’t sleep on this shop! These are some really good people!
