If you are in need of ANY auto repair - Cloverdale Service Center is 100% the place to go. We blew a cooling hose on the interstate driving through Montgomery in holiday traffic. We couldn’t have gotten any more lucky to have stumbled upon and make it to this shop. Jon and his staff have old school values that are a rare find these days. They are experts that know what they are doing and were more than fair in price. They fixed our car and went above and beyond to get us back on the road as quickly as possible. They even recommended a great restaurant across the street to eat while we wait. I wish we lived closer to use them regularly.

I highly recommend Cloverdale Service Center for all of your service needs. John, Dave, and the entire staff are very good at what they do. Not only that, they are honest and fair, operating with true integrity (which is hard to find nowadays in auto repair). I only fill my car up at this location because it’s the only place in town that has NO ETHANOL in the fuel. They even offer a pump where a service member will pump your gas for you, which is great for elderly customers. I recently started taking my 2011 Honda Accord with 340K miles there for service. I had a taillight that needed a bulb and my tire pressure monitoring system showed that I had a bad front right tire sensor to go bad. Other shops told me that I needed a new sensor, well Cloverdale Service Center hooked their machine to it and discovered it wasn’t bad at all, just needs to clear the code. They fixed the taillight and it cost me $13.55 — other shops would have charged me for labor and the part. I’ve been impressed with their entire approach. I also take my wife’s 2019 Honda CR-V for regular service now. If you’re in the River Region I recommend giving them the opportunity to earn your business. You won’t regret it! If I could pick 10 Stars I would.

Just when I thought there were no more small town businesses that provided honest, reliable, friendly and amazing service I discovered Cloverdale Service Center. I had never had to get an oil change but with my husband disabled I had no choice but these folks made it easy. They took me home and picked me up to get my car. You may have a little wait but its absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this auto service center.

First off, let me say John is great at his job. Found this place while working in town and been having issues with bad vibration while driving over 60 mph. When to several places and they could never figure out the problem. They would say it was this and that but never fixed the vibration. On top of that, I had my tires rotated and balanced many times. John test drove it within 5 minutes, and I knew it was something on the backend. Called me in an hour and said I had a bent rim on the back driverside. Sure enough, I found some good used OEM rims and had John swap them out with my old ones. What do you know the problem is fixed, NO vibration drives wonderful. Not to mention, he was fair on price for what he did. I wish there were more shops like this with guys like John. Definitely recommend if you need work on your vehicle, he knows his stuff and is fair on price.

If i was rich, and lived across the country, i would pay everything it took to have my car brought here just so John and his team could work on it. I trust them implicitly, and they treat me like family, even though im just a random customer. They have earned my respect, trust, and loyalty to their shop and them. My little accent may not be up to par anymore, but they do everything they can for it and are as detailed as you would expect them to be with luxury cars. If you dont choose here to get your car fixed, you are making a foolish mistake. If any staff see this review, you are loved!
