Let’s just say good customer service good leadership i came into this place looking for some one to help with me with a flat tire i was kind of skeptical at first because their were only women working here but one of them which was the store manager explained to me that she could assist me with someone else information that could come and help me and the young man did just that in 45 minutes i was back on the road i would like to thank the store manager which i forgot her name and the young man who came to help me

Terrible customer service! Im pretty sure the current reviews are from their friends and family members. The manager dennis if hes even the manager is liar. We called before closed to make sure they closed at 9 and the person over the phone stated they closed at 9, cool. Got to the store before 9 pulled on the door until Mr. Dennis decided he wanted to approach the door. Mind you he watched from the back and made sure he walked as slow as possible to the door, to tell us they were closed snd they close the system down before 9 which makes 0 sense. I’ve worked in retail myself for many years and have never heard of such a thing. I also contacted someone close to me who serves within this company and they also stated that was lie! If this store fails, i can guarantee dennis will be a contributing factor if the company doesn’t reprimand him soon and teach him true customer service skills because this experience alone will make patronize other part stores in the area and I’ll be encouraging everyone around me to do so as well.

I experienced good customer service with Shardae and her staff..they were very helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The store is always clean and orderly in a neat position. Everytime I go in Oreilly I highly recommend going in there to talk too Shardae which is the store manager…she’s very helpful and very patient.

I can't say enough positive things about O’Reilly on the eastern blvd. The store offers a fantastic selection of products that cater to a variety of needs. I had such a great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts! As a woman, I’ve had my fair share of condescending experiences when it comes to car issues, but that was NOT the case here. The store manager, was absolutely amazing—she was knowledgeable, patient, and never once made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s so refreshing to be treated with respect in an auto store. I’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend!

I was on a delivery trip to south Alabama stoped for fuel got back in truck had dead battery ! I called 6 different parts stores in the area to get a battery brought to me nobody would . Luckily I got ahold of these nice folks at this O’Reilly and they saved my day not only did they bring a battery but brought a tester and tools and great help from the very nice lady Shardae . Came into Oreillyauto having car trouble thought I needed an alternator but the store manager and her assistant tested my charging system and my battery was bad they recommended me to rc auto because my car had to be plugged in and reprogrammed for me to get a new battery I was in and out in an hour thank you Oreillyauto and your team for your generous help

Came in a few weeks back to get my battery tested and told me that they didn't have the machine so they said they were sending people to Advance. I get there and found out that was a lie because their machine wasn't available either. Tell the truth, my God!! The age of good customer service is evaporating day by day. 🤦🏾♂️
