I got an oil change at this location on 1/20. I am a repeated customer with my Mazda CX 3. The paperwork presented to me suggested a filter change for both the front and rear cabin. The cabin filter did not get changed, I do not know why. I asked the female attendant about replacing my windshield fluid tank, since it leaks. She responded with I just filled it and it is fine. The next morning, the fluid made an ice deposit on my driveway. Using the fluid would have been ideal in the inclement conditions. I did not realize that Express was financial doing so well to turn down services.

Great Customer Service! Very respectful and kind! Got the job did at a timely manner. On 01/22 they met all expectations with my car, even helped strapped my little ones get buckled in. They gave me an oil change like I requested. Also told me what else I needed to get to get, I did let them change my windshield wipers!
