We got a big windshield chip on the way to Pensacola and called these guys. Told us they could get us in right away and the price was 1/3 less than a major competitor. We pulled in and the tech got right on it even though the place was super busy. He was super nice and smiling ear to ear the entire time. Gave us a "Roll Tide" on the way out. The work was guaranteed and looked great. I highly reccomend this place.

Took a little longer than expected but you can't rush something as important as a windshield replacement so the wait was worth it and the price was way cheaper than expected and they have great staff that provides awesome customer service.

Review: I recently had my window replaced at this location, and less than a month later the glass is already damaged due to what appears to be a defect. When I returned to the store to have it inspected, the manager barely looked at the window before immediately calling the district manager. I requested to speak with someone higher for a fair assessment, but the district manager—who is located in Birmingham—did not review the damage in person and dismissed my concerns without a proper inspection. At no point did anyone attempt to thoroughly examine my vehicle or consider the possibility of a product issue. I left feeling unheard, disrespected, and as though I was being racially profiled instead of being treated as a valued customer who deserved a proper evaluation. This experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I expected integrity, fairness, and a willingness to stand behind their work, especially for a repair that is less than 30 days old. I will not be returning, and I hope this company reconsiders how it treats customers who come in seeking legitimate help.

Well I messed up by not going there to start with I went with the lower price guy and he screwed me... anyway Jace and the rest of the people took care of me got my glass installed correctly and I'm confident in quality of their work. My vehicle had a safety recall for the windshield separating from the seal so I took it to the local dealership. They inspected it and said that it passed so there was no repair needed. Fast forward and the windshield separated across the top and down the sides. I took it back to the dealership where it set for a week and nothing was done and there was very little communication (a couple of texts and a phone call that they were waiting approval). I was then told that they would make a "good faith" offer to replace the windshield and I would have to pay half since it had previously passed inspection. My half was $650. I picked up my vehicle, said no thank you, and contacted Auto Glass Now, Montgomery. They said they would use the original windshield if they could and the estimates for the original and if they needed to replace the windshield were much less than the $650. They removed the windshield and applied the bonding and adhesive to the seal; and re-installed my original windshield which was in perfect condition for very little cost. This option wasn't even mentioned by the dealership. Oh, and it only took an hour. I am beyond pleased with the service and highly recommend Auto Glass Now for your vehicle's glass needs. A big thank you to Jace Blaisdell and a co-worker for your service and professionalism. You represent your company well.

Auto Glass Now had been our go-to for windshield replacement for years. We have used them several times with several different vehicles and they have done fantastic work. We will continue to use them in the future. I especially like that they schedule you a time to come in rather than like in years past where it was first come first served. Their prices, at least for our vehicles, are very reasonable too. Pros: - Great work - Warranty - Their price vs other companies/dealerships price Cons: - About an hour from my house (not their fault)

Our Service at Auto Glass Know was greatly appreciated! We will choose them first every time! Very reasonable prices. A very awesome staff is always on hand. They have Honest communication skills. What I Love is when the book you’re appointed they follow through to confirm for your assurance as well as theirs. When you walk through the doors you’re greeted and they get to work. There staff is welcoming, professional and caring. We family know. We had our sunroof readjusted on the track in our SRT8 DAYTONA Dodge Charger. The rear window factory replaced, front windshield had a nick. They blocked it from spreading, they actually didn’t charge us for that. A last but not least after fixing the sunroof the back seats kept getting wet. The lead technician immediately knew that the sunroof drainage tray lines and or hoses definitely would be clogged. ILOVE all of the staff at Auto Glass know they work diligently to get the job done in ample time and satisfy their customers. You won’t go wrong. Go or call immediately they will definitely tackle the task!
